it’s honestly refreshing to see some organic character dev vs being short cut by rebirth or transmigration

she doesn’t even have much screen time but left such a deep impression in everyone’s mind lol

throughout the show he’s always being annoyed at someone or other 🤣

some of the timeline in the show can be a bit hazy. another instance was during Gailin arc when FL was captured by ShMLs and ML was going to war. I think show just made a decision not to let such practical constraint stand in the way of plot development 😅

I felt it too, it’s kinda too dark to be watched as a light romcom, as a result I find myself dreading to hit the next ep button

many if not all of the challenges and antagonists are usually stepping stones for the characters to come out stronger, is the way I look at it, else I’d have gave up long ago due to the annoyingly endless steam of bad luck lol

maybe they r channeling Yu and looking down on the hoi polloi watching drama for entertainment 😅

maybe the lack of marketing is causing it to be misunderstood. serious watchers think it’s idol drama, idol fans think it’s serious!

fair enough everyone respond differently and look for different thing. for me this is not a black and white drama where a character is either good or bad, everyone is different shade of grey very much a product of their time and environment. the payoff is in seeing how each character respond differently when balancing the trade off in each scenario.

sometime I’m grateful Fake is there to divert some of Madam Yu attention lol, else she’ll wholly focused on FL. as for ShMLs, drama probably leaned into it to push our buttons, coz honestly it really plumbed the depth of disgust.
