If anything I would suggest watching it until you reach the 35 episode. It reaches a satisfying ending and I don't think the last three episodes were necessary.

Yes, I feel the same way! With the cute dancing scene the leads had together, I expected the confession to be just as sweet. I was so disappointed in the use of a voice over. 😔
Why was the confession scene so discombobulating with flashbacks of all the times the leads have ever gotten close with one another? I was looking forward to seeing both of the leads confessing their feelings, but in the end it was just a voice over. I prefer to see when characters talk to each other when confessing their feeling rather than seeing them kissing.
I think this is one of the first times I've watched a drama reach a happy ending, but I was left confused about how it happened. Lol. After doing some mind-bending, I get it and am happy about it. Overall, it was a great xianxia and I loved it. Vin Zhang and Sun Zhen Zi had great chemistry with each over.

It was a bit frustrating how Hong would want an explanation from Jungo, but she would never let him talk to her. Especially in the last episode, Jungo had to beg to talk things out with her, yet she was still acting like she was still together with her fiance.
I don't even know if I want the leads to end up together. But it would be a shame because the actors worked well together and I wanted to see them have a happy ending. Also, to see what comes after love and having it be nothing between the main couple would be lackluster.
Although I like the main couple together, their reconciliation was a bit abrupt. Mian Tang went from not wanting to be married to literally being married within the same day. lol
The interactions between the leads are natural. It's the background actors that are a little distracting at times. So I hope they don't stay abroad for that many episodes.
