I think the carrot juice man is still Seungwon because remember he was observing him at the bus stand. But the one who messaged is someone else and I believe he /she was observing Heesu and Seungwon and decided to help out like how Jiyu and Chanyoung served as the middle men in the manga.
There would be a story without them together if they followed the Manhwa but okay
I believe that they made it this way to make it seem more intense with the heartbreak Heesu goes through seeing Chanyoung fall in love with Jiyu. The manga character is cute and fluffy but there is no drama which in live action will make it very bland. But this is just my opinion.
I hope people watch this like how they watched ‘twinkling watermelon’ or ‘twenty five twenty one’ where they not only focused on the male leads but also have a story to the side characters. Chanyoung and Jiyu’s character is quite imp in the story to explain the rejection and dejection both Heesu and Seungwon goes through. Without it,there would be no story.
Ok now it’s gotten irritating. People who like this drama should continue watching, those who doesn’t should stop. End of story. We are only two episodes in. Let people enjoy the show.
Everyone is arguing and complaining but here I’m more in love with the show than the manhwa. It’s giving Twentyfivetwentyone vibes all over again with the the house and the style of faded shooting. I read the manhwa after I heard there will be a live adaptation but the manhwa in particular wasn’t too appealing to me. But this drama makes it seem interesting with the top notch acting of Heesu and Sangjun. Well,it’s tvn after all.
He is straight, not inlove. He is aware Heesu likes them tho.
Respect your opinion but I like the dramas I watch to be more realistically inclined. I like the blend of both which is how it is in reality. I want to see gay couples in straight drama and vice versa. It just needs to be worth the watch.

As I said it’s a personal opinion . I prefer stories which are closer to reality. Not everybody is gay and not everybody is straight. I don’t see this as a tit for tat kinda rule between Bl and straight dramas. I watch them for my own entertainment. And I prefer the realistic take on it.

Ok! I understand the reaction of fans of the manhwa. However personally I feel it’s better they don’t have a second gay couple because it’s very unrealistic especially in highschool. Like Thai Bls where everybody and everyone is gay that you feel you are watching a made up story. I like this version better. And Chanyoung need to match up with someone to justify him not being linked to Heesu. The changes are made to fit many perspectives which people would find lacking when books are adapted to dramas if not done. And the main storyline is still the same ,so I feel it’s better. But as I said, this is just my personal opinion.
This is really good actually. I’m liking how realistic the visuals and characters are. And the actors are really good. Even the supporting actors have all worked in major dramas. This is high quality and of higher budget than other kbls.
Daon should be with Seunghyun no doubt and the ending is perfect . But I do understand why people can’t get inclined towards his character. One is his screentime felt less even if I’m sure it wasn’t because he was always there, second is he is not a bad actor but his acting flats out in comparison to the other 3. He didn’t have the it factor. The character is not boring ,if it was any other drama,I would have rooted and loved a character like him. But in this,Sun Hyung doesn’t seem to do justice except for his doe eye smile. In terms of acting it is 1.Daon ( He can speak just with his eyes) 2.Suhyun=Jaemin ( The insanity was portrayed well) 3.Seunghyeon
