Thank you spoilers :). I know some viewers are divided or even mostly just bummed (me one of those) with the ending, but I am hopeful. I know it will take 2-3 yrs (IF EVER) they create S2, but I am just darn hopeful. Dang it! YSX is known to get good scripts, so I am darn hopeful! I don't think she is heartless to accept this script especially she knew the ending sucks.

But honestly, beyond the *NOT TO REVISIT ENDING* of this drama, I truly learned a lesson.

Words have a lot of power especially to kid's ears. As a parent, I know it is. When GZY revisit his childhood, his Dad is insulting, looking down on him of not doing this and not doing that and comparing him to his "brother" Instead of encouraging him. Not that it is not a valid point for his Dad, but this is a kid. It is just sad to see. I truly understand that, when it was time for him to practice what is needed to be done, he doesn't have that energy or even try for it because, why would he? In his Dad's eye, he is always not doing it right. Kid's suck all these words/comments they hear. And aside from that, he has been bullied by his own family with a sucky rumor that is not even true.

The words, either negative or positive that comes out of our mouth, they matter.

The Sword Wielder was GZY's Dad. And the next in line was his "Brother" GHY (I am going to put that loosely because they are not blood related brothers - more like GHY's dad is a brother to GZY's Dad - I know confusing) and apparently the Dad & GHY died. So now, GZY (who does not really even a candidate to be the SW) is appointed to be one because - for someone to be a SW he needs to be present in the Gong Residence of some sort and GSJ at that time was out looking for something..

They can change it all they want but I think it is too late. Esther Yu filmed Hello Saturday on the 14th, and their drama already released epi 24 for people that is willing to pay. Most dramas drop their promotion before the show starts or at least on going. Now, the iqiyi drops the finale episode and it was not a good one for them. Sad that they give this drama Level A to start with. Can you imagine what they can do with much funding? I have never seen a c-drama this good in cinematography.

Anyway, bummed for EY, ZLH and even for the other stars to be put in this position. Man, what an ending it was.

Unfortunately, the network did not even try to promote it. No shows or something before they air the drama. They just dropped it. Now, I did see the ZLH & Esther have some shows to shoot or air on Sept 14? (please correct me if I am wrong). Anyway, bummed that they did not even try - it was stated before this is a Level A drama - less budget/less promo. And it turns out to be a great one.

If you have a lot of patience, YES. Honestly, I think it is a really good drama.

I think it is a calculated move for her. If she anticipate the throat grab & get herself out of it, they'll think/figure out she is Wufeng, if she does the throat grab herself, they'll figure out she is a Wufeng. Most of YWS's move has been so timely, purposeful & calculated. [Please don't let me down YWS.. =( ]

I hope I am right. I have read comments below that only higher than Chi knew that move (throat grab), if so, why would they send a Chi level assassin for the SW. Not that she is meant to kill the SW but still. Aren't the SW have more guards than other Gong(s)? Anyway, that is just my opinion. I do hope I am right. LOL, I am rooting for her and GZY.

I don't think she is behind the voice of Wufeng, because she can't get out of the Gong residence. But YWS's raven mentioned that there is this "Anonymous" that has been there (with the Gong(s)) for 20 years, and now she mentioned, she's been in Gong Residence for over 20 yrs.

I know. So complicated and yet, we can't stop to watch and assume who is whom. LOL

They never identified themselves, but personally, i think Lady Wuji is a Wufeng. Because of how her move is the same as YWS's raven's move. That is why when the episode ended, YWS, said "Wuming". Did they confirm it, NO. And today's episode, she is on GZY's side. so her identity is hanging too. It was only shown that "they" send her at the Gong residence to be with Lady Lan, since they have known each other since they were young.

We watch "drama" to get out of real life drama, and here is MJTY - more complicated that my life. LOL

Today's episode just wrecks my heart. As a parent, I feel for Lady Lan, I feel for Lady Wuji, I feel for GZY and I feel for GHY. Goodness, it is so heartbreaking to watch.

As the drama unfolds it is becoming more mysterious. Not that they even solved our previous questions. But if ever I missed anything that has been aired in previous episodes, please let me know.

1. Why did the replacement of Elder Xue (who recently died), had the same bracelet with Yun Que (YWS's sister?)

2. When they are showing the previous episodes (probably the beginning) , of a man holding a kid looking at the window, was the kid YWS?

I need to know more of her past. Her mother. How did her sister died? Was her sister sent in a mission concerning that back hill peeps? Because for some reason, that replacement elder has Yun Que's bracelet. Maybe her sister is alive? Ugh! This drama is more complicated that I expected.

I don't think Lan is a surname. I think it is a name since they are calling her Lady Lan. Maybe somebody can help too. LOL - I am sorry.

GHY is not the father of all the kids, they are all cousins. It was explained in the comments below (sorry, I am too lazy to scroll). The Gong family has like 4 lineage, Yu, Jue, Zhi & Zhang? (kinda like that).

I think Lady Ling is GSJ's Mom. He is bothered with the medical record because both Lady Lan & Lady Ling, share the same surname & came from the same town. The dr drew a flower at the bottom of Lady Ling's medical record. shown in today's episode to prevent confusion.

My question is, who is the parents of supposedly next SW (that was killed to), since today's episode only shown that GZY is a legit Gong?

In the earlier episodes, probably in Epi 1/2/3, the moment YWS learned that SGQ is also Wufeng, she wants or kinda offer to work together with SGQ, but SGQ looked down on her, somewhat belittling YWS because she is a Chi (which personally, I really don't think she is), while SGQ is a Mei. SGQ told YWS, there is no "US".

Serves her right for underestimating YWS capabilities. The offer was given to her but she declined it. I still "hope" they will end up "allies" but I doubt it.

So far in this 10 episodes, he doesn't look strong - strength wise. I don't think he is "weak" in any sense. It will eventually unravel as the story goes on. I know some people is ticked that he is not your typical strong (strength wise, alpha male) ML, but I think this is the sense of this drama. character growth of the both leads and even other characters. So much suspense. It is hard to predict who is who honestly.

ohhh. That is true too. But see, if YWS is weak or some sort of that, how can she master all that "8 something sword technique" that even JF said, some martial artist/swordsmen can do 3 or 4 but not all of the technique which YWS did (sorry can't really remember what they call in the drama).

But I honestly don't think YWS will deliberately risk herself or GZY by that threat and she knew how cunning SGQ is. Remember when they first talked in earlier episodes? YWS kinda want to be allies with SGQ, working together since they're both Wufeng, but SGQ said there will be no "US". And now she is helping her for no reason? I hope I am wrong. She needs GZY to be the SW, because the SW is her target. If, and that is "IF" there is really a discrepancy with GZY being a legit "Gong", that would question his qualification to be the SW. And IF that happens, GSJ will be the SW, so what happens now with her mission since SGQ is married to GSJ? This drama gives me headache, LOL.

But so far, YWS character has never let me down, yet. Some of her actions/decisions has been questionable, BUT still calculated. I have high hopes. LOL.

YWS did not mention it or ever said it herself that she is a chi, but her raven said to drink that "flies" (sorry forgot the entire name of it) for her to be a chi (please correct me if I am wrong). But it was shown in earlier episodes.

YWS is too smart to fall for SGQ threats. So far, all of her moves are too calculated to just fall for SGQ's trap. She did so good with that sword fight with JF who is a Red Jade Guardian, and then all of a sudden, afraid of SGQ? Doesn't make sense to me.

I LOVE LOVE the 2FL & 2ML's acting tho. They are soo good. Not really a fan of their character, but credit to them for being so awesome bringing these characters alive.

But at the same time, even in real life, it is not possible to just change a habit/attitude/character - a fickle, careless person, as you mentioned - in a few days, especially after the death of his father & very close brother. We are just in ep10. I don't think I missed it, but he did not even have the chance to mourn their death.

I honestly don't think he will be like this until the end of the drama. Him, overcoming his anxiety/fear of cold temp, has shown me that he is not a push-over, that instead he persevered despite of these, to prove the people who insult him, look down on him, wrong.
