U know peep. i suddenly have these two theories and see if it makes sense to u all.

1. her dumbness that some ppl hate was actually simin doing. Simin her master governs all the destiny book in all the realms. so how can she not know she is Goddess of xilan and will one day have a very important role. so she purposely affect her root and make her so lowly that no one in the 3 realms will detect her. now only the Lion can see her premordial spirit, no one can else. Simin is trying to change xlh fate. which she is not suppose to do.

2. Moon tribe can marry and have kids. Lord moon supreme can fall in love as described by story for first moon ancestor and his dad has lots of love for his kids as well. So there is no rule about no love in moon tribe. hellfire is not a compulsory skills for lord moon supreme. The only reason why our Devil is out of emotions including love is because it has been forcefully uprooted so that he can learn the skills of hellfire and be the strongest person in all realms and he can protect his people. Why protect his people? could it be the real villians are those in the heaven realms wanting to control everyone llike Yunzhong. i think he is the true villian here. not even ronghao is a that much of a villian. what the moon tribe did was in fact protecting themselves against all these. and in ep 16 we see his father being very worried with the war. So if in the end we get rid of the villians, then Lord moon supreme will not need the hell fire if the realms can live peacefully together. And our devil can rule without hellfire like some of the others Lord Moon Supreme b4 him, eg his dad.

3. Maybe Lord CH will be the ruler in the heavenly realm and he will keep peace with Yuezun. Maybe the marriage wedding scene was an act by the two of them to get rid of the Yunzhong....

guys i suddenly have a theory about simin her master. What if she knows all along she is goddess of xilan. And she purposely spoilt her root so that no one can recognise her and she can be safe and sound and grew up without everyone after her. So it was not an accident she got watered down. and it is logical cause she is simin, she can see every single person destiny book.

@mae chen she can wear the hair pin and he can wear the ring for all they want cause by then they dont need to hide from each other anymore. She wears it to keep her little secrets now and he wear his ring to detached his emotion from hers. once they know they love each other. both things dont matter anymore. it will be more of the symbol of him as moon supreme and her as his queen.

i hope this is helpful. in one of the airing calender i saw they put an icon on certain episodes.

9-10 a dragon = dragon ride
11-12 a bed = they are rolling on the bed many times in these two episodes
15 - 16 a ball = now i understand it is his childhood
17-18 lightning = maybe about his brother lightning punishment ( my guess)
19-20 a big love sign= acknowledging their feelings??? or his tree is revived fully\????
25-26 next sunday is the married 'Xi' sign = maybe their mortal world wedding
27-28 two nails = i think he will be punished for his feelings for her with nails driven into him.
31-32 two swords = war and i think she will died.
33-34 watering orchid = him growing her back. Best orchid cultivator in the 3 realms = Yuezun. Vast experience in growing orchud😉😉
35-36 = ending.

you will be surprise. in the interview with changheng character zlh, he says there will be him and devil having a friendship in the end even though they fight now.

actually in the beginning up to ep 9 he doesnt give a shit about her feelings for CH becasue his purpose is not for her to love him but to get her repair the destiny book and protect her because if she hurt herself he will be hurt. so his intention is not pure at all.

I agree ep 10 is a turning point, he is hurt by her words. whether he likes it or not, he is feeling jealousy and it grows more intense with each episode. but i believe with his arrogance, once he realise his feeling, Lord CH will not match our devil.

in the immortal world every one is already 30k years old. even dragron shangjue is 38k yo and our xlh is only 1500. she is elementary school. if u are truly talking about intelligence she is not intelligent because her root has been watered by wine. it is spoilt. but if u are talking about her simplemindedness then it is does not equate dumb. she is just pure, straightforward and does not have any bad bones in her. Do u guys realize that the story is about an extreme devil which no one can contain, n in the end xlh is the only person that can stop him from trampling the realms not by being extraordinary smart or having amazing power. it will just be simple pure love to melt him. that is the plot.

nope, the character of DFCQ is so extreme (cruel, harsh and evil) that u need another extreme of gentleness and meekness and pureness to match his. we see other xian xia male leads are out not so extreme. otherwise there is no way of bringing out the effect of taming the beast!!! and how beautiful that only her love can stop him from trampling the realms. i really like it. We dont need a badass FL to kick the devil ass because there is no match to his badassness. The dramas has been showing so many times now that one soft 'don't', 'u promise', one tug on his sleeves, his fury stops and he give in to her. love that extreme.

i practically dropped all the xian xia dramas like ashes of love, mirror twin city, ancient love poetry and immortal Samsara because they really really get so boring,,, it is always about love the realms, sacrifice for the realms, big love, and hurt the person u love. it is so refreshing to see a devil trampling the realms for the person he loves and a little fairy who cares about the devil regardless of how others see him.

Xiao run is a mortal reincarnation of Lord CH later on. Xie Wan Qing name came out in ep 16 i think it is the Goddess of War going through reincarnation in the mortal world. that is her name in the mortal world. Dream lover is a direct translation of someone u see in ur drems. maybe XLH is Xiao run see in his dream. we havent get there yet.

I Don think they will be specific ceremony. Except in trailer we see them having a ceremony in mortal world. Esther did piped we never get a marry certificate. But Dylan says specifically u r married to moon tribe..

I think they r very open n affectionate w each other. My take is both r young n single. So they can be playful. With some actors like Allen ren, Chen xiao, they hv wives in real life. So if they do romance drama like this, they tend to be more reserve n careful. N it reflects in acting.

Like Leo wu n zls in love in the galaxy both r young n min age gap, their chemistry is also another star in this year Chinese dramaland. Leo n Dylan are called summer hubbies on weibo now.

In two nterviews btw the leads (one with china harper bazzar n one with iqiyi) , the costume always are their point of arguments. Esther loves her shuiyuntian costumes, n Dylan keeps saying yaya... U always miss ur shuiyuntian (maiden home) , u r married to moon tribe, moon tribe is ur home OK, so moon tribe costume is better..bla bla bla. It is hilarious w this two.

I watched her moonlight interview w Ryan ding, it is very obvious her chemistry w Dylan is way superior. W Ryan she was so professional. Her body language is different w Ryan. I can imagine Dylan n her very very close buddies by

I actually feel very touched by xlh today n prev episode 14 as well. I really love her pureness n some ppl may see is a childish. Why I use the word pure. Bc all she cares about is him.. The moon tribe see him as their ruler, their hope, they hv expectation of him, his father doesn't give him love bc he need to raise a ruler, he expect his son to fulfil the moon supreme legacy n responsibility, everyone in other realms hates him, fear him n see him as evil. But to xlh, All of her eyes n heart is dfqc. She cares about his wellbeings, his emotions n she just want to understand him. In her single mindedness, she just want him to be happy. I think in the trailer, there is her voice that narrate, I know I love dfqc n that is all I need to know. It says it all about her character. Life can be so complicated yet so simple.

Also ppl may be curious about them falling in love, I think they r already in love. It is just a progression. No specific point. But in an interview w the leads when being ask when they fell in love. Both agree their hearts move moment is the underwater kiss. Dylan says dfqc touches his lip n xlh stutters n ran away.

Nope two different characters. As mentioned by ronghao today, goddess of xian is call xiyun n xlh is her reincarnation.

Yes she is so lovely. She is the kind of woman that would say, I Don care about how the world view him n l just ove him for who he actually is. She is like a oasis pure n soothing to his soul. Water him with lots of love. N I realise that even though he thinks he only protect her bc of the spell. He is already way beyond that. How many times we see such him so powerful yet one soft word from her, he stops. It is so beautiful to watch.

But I guess in the end the drama will go in the direction of him losing power due to love. Which is sad. I m more willing to see love conquers all theme.
