After watching the end of ep 25 (credits), I understand why they let them go. Not a match for them.

You caught other flaws? Who knows the order in which these scenes were shot. Hard to keep track of all the details I’m sure.

cchristina nailed it. That’s not NL’s personality. She’s a very refined, controlled person and you can tell she’s really pissed off. She expressed her disdain for his reckless decisions when she completely dismissed Xing Shen after he apologized with “you’re not needed here anymore”. and she was not happy with how he handled that original driver who was infected.

While watching ep 24 on his is return to Nie Jiu Luo’s house, I couldn’t help but think that his black shoes were way too new looking. They needed to be more scuffed up, worn out, and dirty.

This makes more sense.

Yes, so true. I was thinking how he will continue to struggle psychologically after all that trauma. Seems they did edit out a lot from this episode. Maybe too heavy.

Loved him since the first time i watched him (in The Starry Love). Sadly, the last few romcoms did not do him justice. I remember someone describing him as a caged lion . Thankfully, in this drama, the lion has broken free and can exercise his acting potential!
