She literally just see them all as story characters and not real. Plus, when she tried to marry him because she really wanted to, she kept dying, try as she might. The story just won’t let that happen. Furthermore, even if she were the really SYM what relationship did they have other than an oral agreement between other ppl for them? There’s no time spent getting to know each other. He spent his time in battle.

If you shun her because she fell in love with some one while engaged only in name, then a good chunk of cdramas will not be watchable in your eyes.

Enjoyed watching how much AvenueX enjoys this drama as we are. She’s quite excited and looks forward to creating more content for it. I’m with her, cheering for LYN, LYT, and the music team! Apparently they spent $$$$$ just to get rights to the music for opening scene just for our enjoyment. Sadly, I don’t know Chinese but would have loved to pick up all the references relating to the unfair attacks on AJTL. I only picked up two homages.

Nah - I enjoyed it. Just a shift to sister and sh. Personally, I think they are setting it up for the next iconic scene. you can see the main leads having fun.

Eh? Cheating / adulatory happens with married ppl. As of now, no one is married. She and general chu were arranged like when they were wee kids so that makes no sense to call it cheating. Plus, she told him no. Also, she doesn’t like NH. At by ep 18, not LSL either. They’re “sisters”. 🤣

Yea, me too. These 2 eps are full of good memorable scenes. I think this drama will go down as a rewatchable one for me.

Because this new script (what we are watching) still follows the key plot points for the original script - ep 2, 10, 17, 22, 37, and 39. So far everything in eps 2, 10, 17 have aligned with the same eps in the original script. So we are awaiting how ep 22 will unfold. We know sis likes LSL. some guess that there will be a misunderstanding and will involve SH (LSL’s sidekick), sis, and Fl but we will know when it happened.

Nah - this is great. Eps 17& 18 is the best so far. Gets deeper and deeper. And characters more and more fleshed out. Even our slacker actress is slowing coming around.

I mentioned it previouslythat the actor is an idol actor with a huge fanbase. His agent wants his character more fleshed out so that the audience will fall in love with him. She demands that he shoulders all the critical moments.

If you go back to the first ep, you’ll get so much - like why NH is constantly suffering (request of his manager), all the key scenes and chapters they’ll occur. It’s amazing how the scriptwriter manages to recreate the scenes even with the changing pot.

This show is getting me WAAYY too invested. Been rewatching it multiple times now.

Well they did go through danger together in the village. She prolly has low EQ .
