As far as I am aware there isn't a LAW that forbids KENG from waiting for Non to grow. We have all seen enough of the Forbidden Love stories and You and I can not stop KENG from loving NON if he happens to do so and OMG I have crushed on idols 10 years older than me when I was 16 to the point that I would have considered marriage if it was an option or they weren't taken.
