Because it is Chinese, China's NRTA which is like responsible for regulating and censoring massmedia banned portrayal of gay scenes(kisses and sex) in their series.
Is this only from the first episode? Or is there a way to watch the whole season?
Its the first episode only but the good thing is in reference to the trailer the first Episode gives you a concrete background of everything that's bound to happen rather than lingering so much about it for example episode 1 narrates how one of the twins comes to act up like the other compared to those other series which require you to watch five episodes or more to understand the backstory of everything.
