So the robot is more humane than any human shown in the drama. I hope somehow they give us a happy ending either with the robot or the real nam shin somehow falls in love with the FL and changes gets character development
Mostly I end up hating the male lead and getting SLS in rich arrogant CEO- poor worker romances but I love the male lead here. I think the character as well as park seo joon's acting definitely' exude a dazzling aura'. I also love park min Young's character here. She is far from that dumb , weak FL . The FL falling head over heels in love with an arrogant jerk looks unrealistic to me in most cases but here I feel that the leads compliment each other. I feel that the ML likes the FL from the beginning but is not aware of his feelings.
The ending was unexpected. I thought that she would end up with jiangchen who would be the reincarnation of the emperor . Still a happy ending though. Although it would have been better if she ended up with Moran.

I watched meteor garden a long time ago so I may not remember it completely. I am not denying that this has similarities with the original. I am only saying that the way the ML and SML behave is more like junpyo and ji hoo respectively. The SML kissed the FL in the trailer which also happened in BOF . I don't remember the kiss in the original meteor garden.
I think it would have been more interesting if they focused more on pipi-helan and kuan yong-xiaoju-xiu xian storylines instead of adding other side stories. It is a good show but I had to skip a lot of scenes due to this.
It is the only jdrama that I have watched more than once. Usually manga live actions cannot live up to the name but this one is an exception. It is far better than the manga. Here I love the ML. In the manga he is a despicable character who only thinks about himself. He wants the FL to marry him and leave her job which means the most to her. But I think the writers did a good job in toning down that aspect in the drama.
Just watched the trailer and I think I will get sls. The SML is giving ji ho vibes . And the ML acts like jun pyo. I think it will be more similar to BOF than the original meteor garden. But the cast is fine and the leads are eye candy. I think it is the most beautiful cast ever for any hanadan adaptation.
