Yes indeed, Bai Lu is a gem ! I'm really enjoying this show, so far ; most of it, the fact that we see females in the army. The female general is impressive and her story with the FL's brother is sweet.
I'm so disappointed with this show ! First : all the women's discussion are about... Men. They either talk about them or gossip about them. Come on ! Second : Victoria Song and Leo Luo are both charming good actors but their characters, specially for Luo are badly written. Zhou is supposed to be a smart professionnal but he only thinks about his crush. Qui is better ; though all she talks about with her sister is... Men, again ! The other characters : the doctor is annoying, Mo Li was great until the last few episodes and the others are just uninteresting (because all they think about are men or women for the men) Watching this with the FF button and waiting for the next Luo project.
I'm not sure about this one : if they stick to history, this emperor was really not a nice guy at all... As for the subtitles on dramacool, they barely make sense. Maybe I'll wait for the next Cheng Yi project.
