🔹 What happens when books and fists both become survival tools in high school?
📖 Overview
🔹 10 episodes, school + action + friendship (2025)
🔹 Adapted from the webtoon Study Group by Shin Hyung Wook and Yoo Seung Yeon
🔹 Hwang Minhyun plays Yun Ga Min: a student who wants to study but keeps getting pulled into fights
🔹 Han Ji Eun plays Lee Han Gyeong, his former tutor, who returns as a teacher with her own secret
🔹 The story begins when Ga Min starts a study group, only to realize he must protect it with his fists as much as with his books
✍️ Storyline & Tone
🔹 A high school where dreams and danger mix, and one boy is caught in both
🔹 It felt tense but also emotional, with moments of hope between the chaos
🔹 Themes of friendship, courage, and never giving up came through clearly
🎭 Cast & Performances
🔹 Hwang Minhyun as Yun Ga Min: I felt his fight to keep going, both in the classroom and in the ring
🔹 Han Ji Eun as Lee Han Gyeong: She gave the story warmth and felt like a lifeline in the challenging school setting
🔹 The rest of the students added laughter, rivalry, and little sparks of hope that kept it from being too heavy
🎵 OST
🔹 Back Packer by Suk Matthew and Park Gun Wook (ZEROBASEONE)
🔹 Hollo by Bang Ye Dam
🔹 Hood by Haon
🔹 Let’s Do This by n.SSign with Hanjun, Robin, and Eddie
🔹 The idol voices stood out and made some scenes hit harder, especially when the fights turned personal
🎨 Visuals & Production
🔹 The school looked gritty and honest, with hallways that were filled with tension
🔹 I enjoyed the fight scenes had me, but what stayed with me was Ga Min’s struggles
🔹 Overall, it felt full of energy, but still kept its heart in the right place
🏆 Final Thoughts
🔹 What I liked most was how Ga Min’s dream of studying turned into something bigger, where friendship mattered as much as grades
🔹 Would I rewatch? Yes
⭐ Final Rating: 10/10
