There is zero storyline and the ML and FL are about as bland as an A4 sheet of paper. But damn I am here for the spiralling crazy of the SFL and her pet SML, the entire family are all one clown short of a circus and I couldn’t be more entertained 🤣 here is for no redemption arc
With a plan to watch list longer than the existence of the sun and not enough remaining liveable years left. I could do with someone convincing me to spend the 40 ep commitment to this.
I am not sure how I feel about the FL actress being only 15 years old…I know the character she plays is supposed to be 20yrs, but it doesn’t sit well with me, find someone who is not a minor and under the age of 16 at that, plenty of legal age actresses over 18.
Maybe it’s just me and I have become too old now, that this feels this leans a little close on the ‘uncomfortable’ side. I might have reached the age that all young people seem incredibly young 🤣
I really enjoyed this, but I am knocking off one star for the existence of Zhao Mo Er…if I was Wen Yue all I would want to do is to squirt him that obnoxious face with a spray bottle and say “No, bad Mo, bad”…all I am going to say is that a little part of me was rooting for the bridge. 😁
6yrs later and I am still angry about that…72hrs I put into that beautiful drama only to rugged pulled at the end. even the novel had a happy ending. I would have happily watched another 20eps to get then actual HE we all deserved

No shirts were harmed in the making of this drama…I also appreciate that DGZ contractually obligatory shirtless scenes have progressed to that where he is no longer allowed sleeves when clothed 😁
