Ok got it. I think I was using another regional iQIYI link. There I see SOKP to be in the 5th position and here animes, movies and shows have different lists.

1. Thai drama
2. TDHR
3, MJTY
4. Thai drama
5. SOKP

This is the normal link. I also know this one. But the mainland iQIYI is different. From this link, I know the listing of the shows, as we can see from India. See from India, via this link, currently we are seeing SOKP to be among the top 5 shows, but according to mainland iQIYI it is number 10, the list mentioned by Defiance.

Regionally we see different order of the shows.

I think they just randomly put the short modern dramas in front and this causes the backward shift of the costume dramas. They release short dramas suddenly.

I think it is more about how many costume dramas are before it.

Also, I think I read somewhere in kisskh that the Mainland iQIYI list has movies, anime, dramas all listed together. So maybe other types of shows cause this shift.

Actually according to Defiance's updates, it was at number 13. Her first update. Then it raised to number 10 and had again dropped to number 11 and now again raised to number 10.
