Omg yes. I tried watching Hello Sharpshooter with Xing Fei and I couldn’t get through it either despite absolutely loving Xing Fei.

I love his character. Despite the fact that he’s an all around good noble guy, it doesn’t deter him from pursuing her even though she’s his best friend’s little sister. Because he doesn’t have any self doubt that he’s the best man for her. Usually characters like this is wishy washy about their feelings because of their sense of honor.

You just wait until the kiss scenes. If it’s remotely close to the book, you’ll be blushing….
