Can someone explain to me the contract between the leads? I am confused about the scene in the intersection in episode 2 when the ML said that if the FL doesn't wish for doom then someone else will be doomed? Does the human in contract with him ultimately has to wish for doom as a price for their wish?

The biggest question for me is how She Yi got his necklace back after he let go of it in the first episode. Now obviously, he could've just swam and got it, but they like made such a big scene of him letting it go and then the next scene he's just wearing it like normal? I was pretty convinced for some reason that Shi De got it back for him idk why lol

Somehow to me it made sense. I think this movie was a reflection on humanity - on what makes a humane person turn inhumane if that makes sense. I think he wasn't really working for anyone when he killed the friend and the cop. I think it was just his anger: at the "friend" for killing his mom and at the cop for getting him involved in all this to begin with and for abandoning him in a sense

I know that three seconds ago in another comment I said that this show is a gem regardless whether we have a kiss or not (which is still true), but as I was about to watch the specials, and like how come the secondary couple had a kiss but not the main one xD??? This is a first for me lmao

So, I just realized they never actually kissed right? Which for me says something about how gripping the plot, the characters, and the story is. Whenever I watch any form of romantic drama (BL or not), I always think at the back of my head, "is this the episode where they will finally kiss?". This is like a rare occasion where I don't think that - maybe even a first, which really just shows you how immersed I am in this show. I would loveeeee having a kiss, but tbh, it will be a gem for me regardless of whether it has a kiss or not.

I’ll just say though the way Hyun so was calmed (how the old man died hugging him) broke my heart. It was so painful and beautiful I balled like a baby haha

Since you seem to have read the webtoon, is this season's ending like the final ending? Or was there more material covered in the webtoon. i.e. for season 2? Also if you don't mind telling me briefly how the webtoon ended, I'd appreciate it - I am curious

I haven't read the webtoon so I cannot say for sure, but the ending seemed very very open. As in like a "to be continued" kind of open. So, I am guessing they didn't fit everything in the ten episodes.

I have't read the webtoom, and I liked most of the characters in the show. So, I am curious, which characters had different personalities in the webtoon?

I am confused what to make of the ending? Is it real? Is it a dream? I mean Sang Wook didn't have the burn scars, so is it just a dream? What's your take?

Yeah that makes sense. I usually do that. From my experience it’s usually 2 hours after the release time here on mydramalist, but I was a bit unsure cause the one here says it’ll be released in like five hours which contradicts the fact that it should be on the 18th.
