IF you were observant enough AT ALL, you would notice how the show runs on two MOOD DURING these periods you highlighted their quotes. and it's funny how you just tag it "Everyone finds it funny" When the show was rather clear on what it's doing.

The scenes you pointed out runs on two MOOD simultaneously: As he mates such obvious love bombing insecure takes, It "appears" like your typical possessive boyfriend arc worth smiling, but also Note How the atmosphere is EXTREMELY awkward and rather.... moody (I doubt you even caught that given how lost you sound here lol) The show Is not necessarily "Hyping" these scenes, but the double mood play (given the awkward atmosphere) clearly highlights how "his insecurity" is playing a "concerning role" that is even driving the plot build up for later episode. Honestly, if anything this show was rather played in a concerning state with obvious building tension and not meant to be " LOL" comedy the way you're claiming it is as we're seeing an impending crisis from this tension.

So Instead of suggesting that the show is romanticizing and playing this off as " comedy " , please re access your observation and note the mood that clearly is saying a lot. His actions are not "justifiable" and the drama also thinks so obviously. and that's the point because of his "insecurities" which you CLEARLY expressed. and saying it doesn't happen in real life is rather laughable. I mean, excuse me?
