Just to things straight, I Feel like a great number of viewers are mis characterizing sui and reducing his character to just some "Cute presenting" boy which is rather jaring Given his narrative.
His character is Awkward. Bad at reaction. Self sabotaging to the point it feels normal to him. Self degrading while viewing themselves in terrible light all the time. A victim of homophobic attack and shaming to the point he is forced to retire into himself. One who would be shamed and insulted to the point he even joins in in supporting his answers in looking down on himself. One who rather talk down on himself in front of his bullies so they don't give him much attention. One who thinks it's normal to get outed every single time by bullies and laughs it off while looking down on himself and apologizng for being gay and being misunderstood. One who would rather force himself to smile at degrading jokes about himself than being taken seriously at all. SHOULD WE GO ON?!
So with all these traumatic aspects, HOW ON EARTH are you reducing his character to just "Being cute???" Gosh...
