Love the article! Tiny Cities cracks me up. I'm always surprised when people are running into each other especially when he's from Gangnam and she living in a shoe across town.
I don't mind that they don't drink their beverages, but I wonder why they always order orange juice. Maybe they are regretting the orange juice and thinking...''this too acidic and I've already got an ulcer from the drama going on with this girl, I won't be drinking this.'
Only other one I would add is super sonic hearing. . . I've watched more than one drama where they guy is 20 feet away and eavesdropping on people who are whispering. o.O. Come now. . . really?
Even worse is when they are sneaking around so obviously and no one seems to notice. Don't you see him in the bushes with the day glow shirt on?
I totally agree with the leaving food/drinks untouched thing! And also with ending phone calls without saying…
One coffee shop and one hospital. . .
And I only seem to run into people I know when I'm looking my worst. If I dress up then I see no one... step out in my Jammies and it's like a parade of every person I've ever met.
is this a good drama im not a big fan of taiwan dramas...
I'm only about 4 episodes in, but I would say it's not like your normal Taiwanese drama. Not a lot of over the top acting, comical noises or illogical craziness... which can get on my nerves.
So far it's just a nice drama with an interesting story and I'm curious to see how it will unfold.

I guess the big thing to realize with older movies, is that they move slowly. There is a lot of looking at stuff, catching reactions. Not bad, just different.
There a few older comedies, "Kill!" is one. You might see if you can get your hands on that one.
It's kind of funny to me that 1987 is considered old... oi. . I remember movies that came out that year.

Akira Kurosawa is a great place to start! I'm not sure how much of his you've watched but Yojimbo and Seven Samurai are both good.
What kind of movie are you in the mood for?
It's funny, when I first started watching Japanese movies the only thing I could get my hands on were old samurai flicks.
There is the other feeling which isn't mentioned here... the great depression, which happens when a great drama ends. It was such a wonderful drama and yet I walk around the house mopping like my dog just died. Maybe it should be referred to as "life can't compare to dramas" feeling. *Deep sighs*
I'm currently watching My Girl and Seo Jung Woo (Lee Jun Ki) has just been launched to the friend-zone never to return. . . He's tried being patient, the friend and forceful, yet nothing... stupidly I'm still rooting for him. . .

That's why drama land is sooo great. The Dramas I LOVE you may not and vice versa.
