It all makes sense now, I'm a big fan of old black and white movies and I love Korean dramas.

I LOVE Anime's turned dramas! Some of the best in my opinion.
Howl's Moving Castle was originally a book, so it has some potential to have a little more depth than the Movie offered. (They cut out some bits for the movie) However, It's probably be the one I'd least like to see as a drama, as I loved the movie so much.

I would like to see Samurai Champloo for sure! Also I agree with another commenter, I'd like to see Marmalade boy redone.
