I haven’t seen those elusive last three episodes ( where are they???), but I did read the books. They don’t die in the accident, but Gu Hai gets injured to the point of near death. Bai Yu Lin rushes him to the hospital (on foot), waits for him to get out of surgery then disappears (he enters into the Air Force). Basically, disappearing out of Gu Hai’s sight for some years (maybe 10?). It was the generals doing. Gu Hai’s family basically all agreed to lie and say Bai Yu Lin was dead. It’s been some years since I read it, but I think that’s about right.

AAHHH!!!! GelBoys is definitely going down as one of my ATF!!!🤩🤩💋💋💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽 The kids, dancing, nails, streets, aesthetics…all my favorite vibe. The series had me experiencing a full spectrum of emotions. Isn’t that exactly what we want in our art??? It’s what makes putting in so much hard work worth it, don’t you think? the series was special to me. I’m definitely going to watch it many times in the future. bravo to the actors, the team, crew, and the writers this was a magnificent representation of good clean art.

I embarked on this journey for the same reason. I knew exactly what to expect (I wanted to finally see them happy). If I had to be truly honest. I wasn’t bored either, well atleast not the entire time. Something obviously kept me coming back. I am curious though and maybe you can answer me. Why did the female twin grow up in Mei’s house? her mother seemed like the type that would keep very tight control over her and everything that that’s happening with her.

Who was bored, but still watched it all? 🙋🏽‍♀️
