I think it has to do with his pride as a man. He don’t want anyone to worry about him especially her. Along with her mom situation it is understandable why he kept it a secret. I watched 12 episodes before deciding to drop it. If others can call it amazing after just 2 episodes, I think it’s fair for me to say it didn’t work for me after 12. For me if the characters can’t carry the story well, it is hard to stay invested. I’ll continue sharing my personal thoughts whether they are appreciated or not and I still respect yours. 🙂
