Now that I've watched till eps 37 I've only been even more disappointed.. I don't know what's the point of this drama anymore In no way its staying true to the sport or the sportsmanship of the National team, It scares me to think that a player who wants to achieve the greatest glory for the country is actually angry and frustrated when someone who represents their country win. The drama in my opinion is just some messed up random stuff and they're trying to make Xu Tan as the center of the story rather than the Sport or character Development.. If I'm not a XWZ fan, I would've given up already hehe.
What happened? Why did they fight? I'm too busy to catch up, please, tell me, I dont mind spoilers!
Ahh.. Yu Kenan told Xu Tan that he'll explain right..? And the moment the call disconnected, Mr Fu came in front of Xu Tan, it was in the end, was all a misunderstanding.. I can understand that XT misunderstood him, but I don't get why audience also misunderstood him lol

The problem I have with this drama is quite different hehe. I'm not just tired of the typical -male lead being beaten upto the lowest point and raising to the top- I'm actually annoyed how YKN's character which started off well, now feels like the writer doesn't care about his character anymore and how the drama became all about Xu Tan subduing YKN entire glory.. I hope you get my point.. like 1. When Xu Tan told his friend from Regional training in uni that, "Why didn't he tell me" I was quite shocked cz YKN did tell him to stop & told him that he'll explain clearly right.. That line from Xu Tan was just like making his character misunderstood.. 2. Cai Wei told him, "If you want to be at some place, even the world paves the way for you, that's you!" This really got me pissed off ... Cause when was it even easy for him.. he was giving his best and keep proving himself when he didn't even get the chance to play in any intl tournament, A line like that is just like discrediting all the hardwork 3. We all know it was also YKN's dad's wish for him to get WC but we didn't even get to see his expression when he won, we didn't get to ser him getting the medal or standing as Champion in the rostrum, but all we got to see was Xu Tan punching bags.. like the moment he achieved his dream, he just got 2 mins of screentime.. In the end, it just makes me think, this drama is centered around Xu Tan and not XT - YKN as whole and that somehow pains me as it's not what I expected from this drama.. Guess you'll get my point..

10 years.. they showed it like they were playing professional game for 10 years lol. But the competition was Suzhou 2015. And they'll play together in Rio 2016 (from the Opening OST XD) Let's see

I can get your point, and the reason YKN feels guilty is exactly the same, it was his instigation about changing the coach, but come to think of it, even Yu Kenan didn't get encouragement in the first team even if he has scores and results better than Xu Tan. We have to understand, there's a lot of players in the National team and if Xu Tan doesn't have anything special, they'll definitely keep looking down on him and that's what the drama is all about too! Yu Kenan sacrificed all of his childhood chasing his dad's dream, he always wanted to be a Champion, it was different for Xu Tan, making him a champion when there were a lot of better people in National team really won't make sense and that's the reason we got the university story arc !.. Now everything is satisfying in his arc, we will definitely get to see him raising in fame. But you also have to remember, out of two, YKN story arc is kinda realistic whereas XT's dramatic! So beware of more drama as well XD

I'm having a really tough time watching this drama, I still watch it for 2 reasons 1. I'm a Xu Weizhou fan 2. I really love sports especially Badminton and Tennis. And I found Yu Kenan's character quite realistic and he was a quite a champion material from beginning though I now feel as if his character was done a character assassination at this point. I just don't feel anything in this drama makes any sense. Btw, the one handing the form in first episode was Fang Yue if you remember. Also if they show as if a player who sustained a terrible injury which would force him to resignation would defeat Yu Kenan, that's probably the end of my belief in this drama :( I'm okay with dramatic scenes but it's just too much at this point

Wait, It was surely Yu Kenan's instigation but it was in the end, XU TAN'S OWN CHOICE! He's a grown up dude ! He has the final say in his own choices !! Don't you think so ? If he goes around acting as others say, do you think he deserve the championship? And YU KENAN DOES FEEL GUILTY! And also, Yu Kenan has totally sacrificed his childhood and proved himself hella lot of times to EARN that chance and you're saying that he can't enjoy his moment? WHY NOT?
Right now, I don't have any expectations for Romance aspect in this drama (I never had any to begin with tho I enjoyed ZCW-YKN story quite well. But I really hope they'd keep it mild and don't focus too much into them and at the same time, give them a happy ending

There's no way they gonna show like getting his performance affected cause of a girl.. Kenan is so much more than that! And the girl Zhang Cai Wei is not a cliche female lead character either, she's just a support role. Which pretty much explains her impact in the story, we don't even know whether they'll end up together or not. And I don't think their relationship was a rush.. cause they both kinda had feelings for each other ever since she defeated KeNan. At that time that was admiration and he gifted the chocolate box clearly cause he love her and Kenan is a straightforward guy, it won't do justice to his character if he keeps beating around the bush about his feelings and love. He wears his heart on the sleeve and I hope they'll keep him this way! I enjoy his story the most! Anyways, let's wait and see..
I don't know why I find Xu Tan - Lei Lei story so boring.! Especially when Lei Lei is shown I just FF ... From the first episode, I didn't feel anything special in their relationship. And also it seems so half hearted kinda relationship..
On the other hand, Yu Kenan - Zhang CaiWei is Soo much better >> I really love their relationship. !! They're sooo adorable (I've already said it!!) And I'm pretty sure they won't drag each other down. They know what they want and what they dont. . they dare to be the best, they dare to love, they're pretty much straightforward about their feelings instead of contemplating all the time. It's so good to see! I really hope they'll end up together
