Black makes use of many genres. Fantasy, with the popular for 2017 grim repear theme, crime, another 2017 popular theme for the k drama, romance, dark, mystery and comedy. The story itself is interesting and the atmosphere is good enough to create that dark twisted feeling. However, there were some things that just didn't work for me. First, the humour was so so and kind of odd in this story. Secondly, the ending. Actually, this one ruined the whole series for me. It was kind of cheesy and not well made at all. So, 6 out of 10.

I was honestly expecting a drama, but it was actually surprisingly delightful. I'll try not to write a biased review, because Kyungsoo is one of my favourite actors. So, the story is okay, kind of funny, because it's so simple and some situations so annoying that you can't help it but found them entertaining. The performances were good as well. Now, I did get confused towards the end, because they didn't present the events properly. But, all in all, I enjoyed it, and the whole black comedy theme was well executed, so 8 out of 10.

Cute, but the story was weak...Many might point out that the leading lady's character was annoying, however, I found her interesting and I liked her dynamics with her love interest and the other students that she befriended. However, the main story was kind of weak to keep the interest high till the very end. Some themes were repeated and the twists were predictable. Also, I would have liked the girl's past to have been presented more in depth, because there was something interesting there. Anyway, all in all, cute enough, so 3 out of 10.

A movie that seemed to be predictable, but turned out that it wasn't.
The ending was the best part of the whole movie, but actually I enjoyed
the chemistry between the girl and her two boys. Overall the story
wasn't that bad, though it wasn't something you haven't watched before.
At least, it was cute and sweet, though it did move a bit fast. The
acting was nice as well, simple and not too over the top that manga
based movies usually tend to have. So 6 out of 10.

Honestly, season one was better for me. Not that it bothered me that much the fact that they changed the atress for one of the main characters. She was okay with her performance and she had more "spirit" in her than the previous one, so I enjoyed her more. But, this season was more about love and the mystery of the letter than the friendship and the struggles that young poeple go through. Still, it was a nice drama. The mystery was interesting, though it got a bit of tiring in the middle of the drama, but it picked up quickly towards the end. The new girl was interesting as well and she had an entertaining story herself. Finally, the performances were really good and some characters really kept the interest high more than others because of that. So, 8 out of 10.

A drama about school bullying with some sweet moments and young student bonding. Overall, the story was nice, with some thrill when it came to the individual stories. Actually, those stories were really interesting and entertaining, even though the ending was so so. The whole mystery around the leading lady's identity was overshadowed by the side stories, which wasn't that bad as it wasn't that great after all. However, the highlight of this drama was the performances that were really good. So, 7 out of 10.

If you like ninja-samurai movies, this one is perfect for you. Sure the characters are a bit manga like, but the action and the whole universe is amazing. Actually, the costumes and the settings were realistic and created an atmosphere of authenticity. The story is quite catchy as well, and entertaining to boot. In addition the characters were interesting and the good performances helped a lot to support the movie, as it had many sword fights. The action scenes were well executed and didn't look fake. The soundtrack supported the mood of the movie as well. So, 8 out of 10.

This drama presents a cute story with a good romance and some
interesting situations. The whole drama was a bit like a manga, but
fortunately not as much as others, with only the girl acting a bit over
the top from time to time. However, she was cute and lovable, plus her
acting was really good. There were some funny moments, and the love
story was okay, especially at the beginning. The drama kind of had a
downfall towards the ending, with the love story getting a bit boring
and the events being idiotic at some point. Though, at that time, the
love triangle grew stronger and it was interesting to watch that at
least. Overall, 7 out of 10.

Second season of Switch Girl and here are my thoughts: even though I'm a japanese rom com otaku that probably will watch anything that was based on a manga, had a school concept and Kento Yamazaki was in, still, even I found this one idiotic. The one and only reason that I'm not giving this one one out of ten is because of the leading lady, who was spectacular. I mean, I imagine it's not easy to pull off that character and not appear fake and silly, and she managed to make it look natural. BUT, the cases were silly and extremely odd, and the whole rape thing was kind of insulting at some point. I mean, they used it as a threat and practicly everyone wanted to assult the girl. I understand cultural differences and all, but still, it was too much. Finally, the funny character stopped appearing and the romance was okay, even though the whole thing was based on the thrilling moment when those two will sleep together.

First season of Switch girl, and here are my thoughts: an easy drama to watch, but the concept wasn't executed that good. The manga concept was all over the place, but the girl was pulling it of so well that it didn't look cheap at least. The whole switch personalities was funny at the begining, but the drama focused on the pretty character's romance rather than the comedy part, and that just ended up being one of those rom coms that obviously repeat themselves. The rude girl story was okay, but the teacher drama was odd and kind of idiotic. Still, it's an easy drama to follow, with funny characters and an okay love story.

This drama was cute, but having watched the movie first, I've got to say that I kind of expected more on the main story at least. The main difference with the movie, that was a plus for this one and a minus for the movie, was that there were several interesting cases that the agency had to take upon, and most of the drama centred around that. In addition, the main protagonist was cute and bubbly, unlike the movie's who was more of the smart and dynamic. The girl was actually lovable and the love triangle was okay, though the main couple's chemistry was bleak and I would rather had her with the second lead. Also, the drama of the love story was kind of cliché. But, it was a cute drama and it was an easy watch. So, 4 out of 10.

Having just finished the drama, I can say that I experienced a lot of feelings that I didn't expect to. The series is quite good, with the performances taking the wheel and leading the drama till the very end. I liked that Kira was made more human, and we could see his journey from where he began and the struggles he had to overcome and made him who he was. In the end, he kind of reminded me of the Golum, obsessed over the ring, though, in Kira's case, he had a huge god syndrome to boot. The acting by the lead actor was excellent, portraying the paranoia of Kira brilliantly. Second to that was Kento's performance. I've got to say, as his fan, I am a little biased, but that aside, he did a great job and it was different from what he had shown so far in the manga romantic comedies. The story was unfolded beautifully, with the twists coming out of no where and the story keeping you on your toes till the very end. My only concern about this drama are the graphics that were really bad, but other than that, this is a seriously great drama.

Not having read the manga, but having already watched a respectable number of manga movies from Japan, I can definitely say that this one is one of the good ones. The story is interesting, with the girl who looks like a horror movie character actually nailing it when it came to look scary when looking at others. The actress did a great job portraying the girl as innocent and shy, though she, sometimes, seemed to have difficulties expressing herself to the point where she hardy talked, and that was kind of tiring after a while. The rest of the cast did a great job as well. The story, in addition, focuses more on the friendship factor and less on the romance. That's nice and refreshing, but, the ending was disappointing, as, at least for me, it needed a better conclusion or a few minutes more. Other than that, it was an enjoyable movie.

Hmm...this one was better than the first one. It had more action scenes, with the guys flying among the titans beautifully, a better explenation over the whole titan thing and a nice setting. The love story was not good, the special effects were okay this time around, but I wish I could get a better understanding of what and why the guy was becoming a titan. Having not watched the anime nor read the manga, I am rating this solely on my experiance as film lover, so 5 out of 10.

Well, one thing that this movie surely had was too much blood. I mean, the Titans could not eat the humans as a whole, but had to always cut them in half...Anyway, part from that, the movie was okay. I mean, I have seen worse. But, still, I expected this one too be super good, as everyone is so hyped over this series. So, the performances were good, but I would have liked to have a better explenation over the whole titan thing. Plus, the special effects were really not good. Not horible, but kind of fake. The horror part I guess was supposed to be created by the creapy laughs and the wierd titan mouths, as well as the blood bath. Overall, 4 out of 10, as it was kind of enjoyable, but not as good as it should have been.
