I do not think the FL really loves the SML. She is a little narcissistic who thinks the best bachelor in town…
very delusional. and after rejection she puts up a stronger fight. I'd prefer her to be stitching handkerchiefs than chasing someone who doesn't want her. or she could be a smart young lady with actual goals in life other than being someone's wife

I forgot all about this show. I unintentionally dropped it. I went to watch it again and as soon as FL spoke, I intentionally dropped it. I was really looking forward to enjoying this series. but directors choices for FL are annoying.

Ep 19. at this point I want everyone to die and the writers to think this over again. the males are on extreme ends of each spectrum. none of them are green flags, not even Jing...since he is spoken for and so weak that he can't even protect himself.

Annings story makes no sense to me. she looks older but she's the younger sibling. she went to the military as a child...lol...smh. She is a general but knows nothing about strategy. she has been practically poisoned by her servant and is clueless. her servant went missing and was hurt and she was clueless. then she believes a total stranger. now that she has revealed dowager's mess, they need to kill her off .. 😂
