Did So Hee even utter the word "sorry" to Da On ? What type of interaction and apology was that ? She is acting like what she did was not that bad when it was!!! She spread rumors about someone that she supposedly "loves" and pretty much outed Tae Kyung and Da On which is a big NO NO!!! What she did was not "thoughtless" because she knew EXACTLY what she was doing!!! I have no sympathy for that girl at all. If I could jump through the screen at her... I would totally do it!!!
In the back of my mind, I was hoping So Hee would prove me wrong but she didn't. There are only a few episodes left and I don't think any amount of positive character development could change how I feel about her. What a mess she is and then she had to go and start mess that affected someone she supposedly likes so much!!! I would never speak to her again!!! Side Note: SHIN WOO AND NAM GOONG BEST BOYS!!!
Definitely the saddest episode so far☹️ I was hoping So Hee would be redeemed as a character. But, she is just going even more downhill. It’s wrong on SO many levels to out someone like that. It’s such an invasion of privacy and it can lead to negative consequences for the person outed with friends, family, and society. That should be something the person does on there own when they are ready. Despite how mean and spiteful she is, I didn’t expect her to be homophobic like that. She was vile for doing that and whenever they find out that it was her that leaked the photo… I hope they never speak to her again!!!
Da On’s friends homophobia was loud and clear in today’s episode too as well with the lines, “By the way, is that couple bracelet ? I didn’t know that was what you liked Da On. I understand. But, don’t end up falling for me. Okay ?”… like okay sir and what makes you think he would want you anyway ? 😅 Miss me with that ignorant mess.
Like I said before in a previous post, I feel like Da On needs to do more inner work and learn to accept himself more before entering in a relationship with anyone because of his people pleasing personality and the fact that he never wants to disappoint others. I said he could end up hurting Tae Kyung if he wasn’t honest before (in the preview for the next episode he mentions that he was only nice to Tae Kyung because he was new and that makes me feel😕) and look how everything is unraveling now. His actions in this episode are all a reflection of that. But, I won’t hold it against him because he is at an age where he is truly learning his place in the world. I hope everything works out in the end for him and everyone.
Shi Woon and Haet Bit (the teacher) were highlights for me in this episode as well. It looks like Shi Woon learned from Haet Bit a little lol with lines like, “Love you either regret it or you don’t.” And the whole idea of having courage to tell others how you feel. I also love what he said to Tae Kyung with the lines, “People don’t change easily. If you think they might not change even if you wait for them… then give up.” That is so freakin true!!! That’s a lesson that a lot of people can learn from. Some people think that they can change a person but it just doesn’t work like that sometimes. Just move on.
I am glad Shi Woon put So Hee in her place with lines like, “You think you know Da On but you don’t know anything. You let your feelings get ahead of you and act like a child.” And “I refuse to let anyone mess with someone on the student council. If you don't think it will work out, just give up." LIKE YESSSSS GO OFF KING!!!! I also love the talk that Shin Woo had with the teacher where the teacher touched on unrequited love and he gave advice to Shin Woo to stay by the persons side and do his best in the way that fits him. I also love that he told Shin Woo to cheer up🥺 Shin Woo really needed that talk. SHIN WOO BEST BOY!!!
I’m excited to see what’s to come from here on out. It looks like more drama is ahead but I know it will all work out in the end.

Exactly!!! It should be rated higher. I saw quite a few people rate it a 6.5 - 7.5 because of the “no kiss” 😒🙄 which I think people are missing the whole point of the show. You can clearly see the love and affection between the two anyways even without a kiss.
Just came to say that I will never get over this show. It is literally one of the best shows I have ever seen in my life. I rewatch it a lot and it never gets old. Kurosawa and Adachi for life!!!❤️
SHIN WOO BEST BOY!!!!! I loved that he said, "When it's time for me to give up, I will give up on my own. I know my place." to Soo Hee and told her straight up that he's not with that petty mess she is doing. It hurts me to see Shin Woo pining after Tae Kyung though. I really hope he gets a happy ending whatever it may be. I love the talk he had with Da On as well. He let him know that there is only one way to resolve the issues with Tae Kyung and that's to just be honest. The thing that Da On is questioning himself about is probably true.
Shi Woon is such a great friend!!! I love what he said to Shin Woo and Tae Kyung about confessing and having courage. If you like someone, it's better to be honest and tell them instead of regretting not telling them later on. You never know... the person may end up liking you back. It is easier said than done but just have the courage and push forward.
It's so sad that people just assume a situation without knowing the facts. Those girls assumed that they knew something was officially going on with Tae Kyung and Da On just by seeing them holding hands and of course they took a photo of it and of course of all people So Hee had to find out. I can see more drama coming from that.
Shoutout to Shi Woon as well!!! I love the humor and wit of his character. He is good at observing situations and seems to always know what’s up with his friends or why they are acting a certain way. Great addition to the series!!!
Tae Kyung is the first person who seems to be interested in what Da On feels. Everyone else just takes advantage…
That is such an interesting take!!! I totally get what you are saying. You know how they say people come into your life for a reason, season, or a lifetime. I feel like Tae Kyung came into Da On’s life for a reason and that’s to help him see things from a different point of view, grow as a person, and maybe change how he deals with certain situations where he feels the need to please everyone. And is that Kurosawa and Adachi I see ? I think Cherry Magic is my favorite BL ever!!! I rewatch it all the time!!! Lol
Although I love Da On, I feel like he needs to do more self-reflection and inner work before he even thinks about entering in a romantic relationship with anyone. That’s why I can’t really see him ending up with Tae Kyung (I could be wrong). He has a very people pleasing type of personality and he never wants to disappoint people. That’s fine and dandy until it’s not and you end up hurting people because you won’t be honest (like he did with that girl that he had been talking with for months but couldn’t work up the courage to reject her outright) or like how he won’t be honest with So Hee and tell her to BACK THE HELL OFF!!! LOL I could see him hurting Tae Kyung due to his personality. Shin Woo is more indirect with his feelings and he doesn’t know what to say at certain times but I can feel the genuine love that he has for Tae Kyung. Plus, I like that he just is who he is and is honest about things. You know what you are going to get with him. I would love it if Shin Woo and Tae Kyung end up together in the end (we will see lol).
Side note: Every time I see So Hee pop up I literally want to come through the screen and punch her lol Like is it really that serious girl?!?!?! Don’t you have anything else to do ?!?!? No school work?!?!? No hobbies?!?!? No nothing?!?!? 😂 I’m just joking you all but seriously I hope to see some positive growth with her character before this series ends.

I just found out about this drama yesterday and I binge watched all the episodes in one go. My heart is pining for a new episode right now!!! I can’t take all this waiting lol... you know a drama is good when your like this.
