unfortunately the small town plot has been pretty boring and uninteresting to me too, I’ve been watching at higher speed and ff a bit the last few eps, hopefully it picks up soon. I’ve been skipping many scenes with Li Shican, no time to waste🙈

wish we would have gotten more of Liu Mao and FL's bestie, could have started to show them from way earlier, they have barely interacted so far. Could have been a fun side plot along the drama. We are past half way, at best we will get a few scenes and a open ending I guess. Similar to another drama we got this year. Like seriously I have 0 care for Li Shican, why does he even exist and have screentime. brings pretty much nothing, expect some little jealousy.

I watched the previews for tomorrow's episodes before watching today's and hell nah not ep 26 preview implying Ran Ran could be pregnant... like please this needs to be untrue, imagine being pregnant from that old man. this part of the plot was weird to me (ran ran and the old man, even if it’s a reality in that industry probably), I still wish they wrote her story differently. Even FL and her sick mom...
A bit sad, I was loving this drama at the beginning, but since a few eps ago it started loosing me, hope it gets better for the last part. there is still many eps left. I'll still finish it. from my feels and even the synopsis, it seems like not everyone will achieve its dream, wondering how this will end.
OK I should watched eps 23-24 now... I am unfortunately at the point of watching at a higher speed

yeah he knows more (like that he knows he is the one in the novel or that he also liked her back), but we can't blame all on him, both were denying not knowing the other and she's the one who started it. When they first met again in the office, she said it first that they don't know each other, he followed and said the same thing.
just finished, at the end Chen Mo and FL meeting again on the bench made me emotional, had some tears. it reminded me of a drama I watched last year that was a little bit similar I could say for the end, the leads meeting again at the end, I remember bawling watching the ending of that drama
This seems to have been the case before, it's the first time I watch on Mangotv app and for this drama it doesn't seem so bad. I tried once before for another drama on the YouTube channel and the subs were indeed bad. it probably depends
like literally, I've been seeing the comments about the subs and they don't even seems bad to me while watching the drama. I feel like some aren't even watching, just saying that since it's Mangotv and usually the subs are bad
