omg, saw a clip on TikTok. SML getting married, he is happy, thinking he is marrying FL from what I understand. Then he takes off the veil in the room and it’s SFL! his face😬, so messy ahaha it’s a bts, maybe it’s joking but I think not.
I honestly don’t think SML will fall for SFL… if he does, it would probably be at the very end or something

I love this so much, the last scene was so good too. I also like how the second leads are not toxic, they are pretty nice and good people, not the annoying type of second leads. (Isn’t good when they accept rejection 🙏🙏) Their little blooming friendship is cute, how they started to bond because of they both have one-side crush😂

well disappointed with this episode. Can’t stand Jun now, it was funny that first episode with jealous Thame, but now everytime I see him with Po I roll my eyes and wanna fastfoward in annoyance. His behavior is very annoying to me. Why do we see more Jun and Po than Po and Thame? Seems like this will continue next week from the preview. Like it’s not only about the romance between Po and Thame, but like why are they making so much screentime between Po and Jun, and not something else with the group for exemple, at least with that it wouldn’t be annoying.
This started so good, but it’s loosing point for me

the writting was such a letdown, I would have wanted something like that instead, would have been much better. Should not have matter which version of ML, could have been Pearl and MXL become one, just like XXC and Zhao Ming become one, the leads loving every version, I would have felt more their fated relationship. I think it was something like that in the Novel from what I read.
Making SML sacrificing was also a letdown, should have made the leads kill him

Before ep 30, I was truly feeling the love between the leads, but felt mostly nothing after that and even the ending

Second couple, feel like it's either gonna be "She fell first, he never fell" or "She fell first, he fell too late".
I remember that drama, SML liked the FL for a good part of the drama, SFL liked him. At a point she left and after she left, he started like missing her and realize his feelings...
But this one was pretty disapointing, of course she came back, but they gave us nothing.
Waiting to see how they go here, she absolutly need to change her behavior and have some character developpement (I'm not annoyed with her like others, but it's gonna need to happen)

yes, I dislike it so bad, we can call this a happy ending, but for me it's not a good or satisfying ending, it's just disapointing. It kinda crazy, why do like 95% of writers write that same ending like that, I don't get it👀👀
just like making SML redeem and sacrificing himselft for FL... another annoying classic

it's rare for xianxia drama, all the ones I know have the same ending, just the leads reuniting at the end, this gives nothing🤷‍♀️ just feel often like a forced HE to me. The only one that come to mind right now that had a pretty good ending is The legend of Shen Li last year, other than that, it's gonna be more older drama

yes blossom had a good ending, an historical drama often has a better chance to give us a good and satisfying ending than xianxia or wuxia dramas

maybe I’ll check it out, I’m very tired of these ending. writers have no imagination, just dropping the same unsatisfying ending for every drama. this could be good for me if it’s not the very end and we get some moments, see happy moments for the leads after that (even a wedding or kids, I don’t know😅)

watching ep 29, I keep thinking it ahaha random thought but Fu Ling just looks beautiful in her knew styling, I love the color of her clothes too

so, finished ep 35. I’m confused how this will go. She saw the memories, but she still like MXK, not back to being Pearl. She just want to purify Zhao Ming because he was wronged and a good guy, and for her XXC is dead. how are they gonna get the leads back together ??? and it’s for sure gonna be in the last ep😒😒 She’s not helping Zhao Ming to get her lover back and she doesn’t love him. (and like aren’t they the same person? XXC is in there, I thought they would become one)honestly disappointing with how the writing went, feeling like we aren’t gonna get enough screentime and everything between the leads with so few eps left, rushed development and its gonna be the unsatisfying happy ending of the leads she meeting at the end and we’ll get nothing. I wanted to see more the demon lord, too much time on the past story

yes they definitely are. For that, I think Iqiyi is better, it’s a normal monthly subscription (more expensive than the other platform, but in the end you don’t have to pay extra for each drama, so probably less expensive in the end)

there are some technical flaws, but I'm really enjoying the plot, the leads, the characters and the different pairings. even the consort and ML's friend, I'm feeling this story, afraid for their ending though (I would just want them to end up as a happy family)

I am interested in them too, seems like they changed it? even on the characters chart, heart on both link between them. I remember reading in comments a while ago, that in the book, it was unrequited love, he never loved her, he liked FL till the end

it's always like that for many drama, the bts kiss is almost always better than the one shown. probably censorship or director choice🤷‍♀️, they often use angles, different shot, zooming out.. and we don't see much lips and kissing
