Of the 6, I watched only 3 (Strong Woman, Mad Dog and Suspicious Partner) The Other ones (Fight My Way and School 2017 are not my cup of tea, WYWS is in my PTW)
I agree with most of you said. The mystery plot in Strong Woman was bad. Very. If they focused in a plot more invested in his family, it could be good. But the chemistry of the two leads was awesome. Suspicious Partner was a bad version of I Remember You. (Same Writer). The author does not knew if he wanted to continue to develop the romance or the mystery. This made the drama a shallow one, with too little highlights (Dong Ha eclipsed everyone here, his character was the best thing that happened to the drama)
Mad Dog i liked. But this one is a subjetive. The conduction of the plot is sometimes boring. But i like too much of Woo Do Han, Ryu Hwa Young and Choi Won Young's Characters.
Supposedly he's distanced himself from humans so much over the past 15 years that now he doesn't have the know…
Not too much. We have a scene that he tells his lawyer that he is coming and the entire company runs for the hills.
And he interacts only by cellphone, so he cant understand much of face mannerisms and stuff that we do. And other thing: He is highly intelligent but does not make him very good at trickery because its emotional factor.
PS: His business is more like a financial one. Buy and Sell companies to make profit. For this type of business you only need to understand numbers and efficiency. No need to understand people, he leaves that part to his childhood friend who is his nemesis.
Synopsis is very vague but as it's Jong Hyun I'm up for it for sure.
Synopsis more detailed:
Oh Soo (Lee Jong-Hyun) is a man in his 20's and works as a promising engineer in the IT field, a cafe owner and a barista. He is smart and handsome. He plays cupid for you men and women by using a mysterious pollen. Due to the pollen, he falls in love with Seo Yoo-Ri (Kim So-Eun). She is also in her 20's and works as a police officer. She has a bright personality and supports her family by herself.
His post is higher than her boss and he is the one with most contacts inside and outside the company. Mr. Nam…
The direct boss can fire, but cant relocate (We have a scene as soon as she is starts to work for him, he tells her to look for the HR to seek another departament and she refuses)
Mr. Cho put her with him, even the Vice President does not knew who made that move. (Put Yoon Yi with Mr. Nam).
That revolving door scene was cool. Their chemistry is better with every episode. I hope Yoon Yi will set her…
His post is higher than her boss and he is the one with most contacts inside and outside the company. Mr. Nam does not have that, so if Mr.Cho wants to realocate her, its a easy task for him and Mr. Nam would be too powerless to stop.
But i agree with you, she has to get her loyalties straight asap.
Why i do not start earlier? I am in love with this drama. First time seen the actor (I did not watch Rebel) but he is killing it in the comedy part. I like the female lead so far too, but i'm getting the vibes that she is only there for the subtle romance line.
Since Lookout, i never felt so excited for the next week to come.
Why is Jin Young a cop...? She recognizes Jong Sam, as a killer, and then when he flashes some ID is all like…
Here some of my thoughts:
1. It almost 10 years since she saw him. She recognizes at first, but when he introduces himself as Oh Il Seung, she thinks that she made it wrong. It happens.
2. She did not know that he was a killer at that moment. Only after when she began to investigate she come across with his file. But, we know that Ex-president's people manipulate the files to make him become Il Seung.
This reminds Rain in Diamond Lover. He earned $5.4 million only to have his voice dubbed...
I respect your opinion but i would like to add something: We feel the real acting behind without the dub. In any language, when we watch something dubbed, most of the people feel like something is missing. Why? Some parts of the performance are lost with the dubbing.
I watched one Thai Drama with Jung Il Woo, but the dub voice does not make sense at all! The tone was horrible and the emotion was not captured.
But for me, collaboration is good when made in movies such as Bad Guys Always Die, Bounty Hunters or dramas like Final Life or Strangers 6.
And has the personality as a whole. He has the stereotypical qualities of a willful woman for the time. So Gender Bender. Not literally, but more figuratively.
Is this ever going to be subbed wink wink Viki, Dramafever etc. this is so good, I stop watching at ep 15 there…
Even with the recaps?
And we have several dramas who get late translations such as The Deer and the Cauldron who was launched in 2014 and only now in 2017, the license for sub was available.
Im sure to watch again when they launch the eng subs, if they do.

I agree with AMEN and The Memory of That Day

Like, he became a orphan, so the signature was to give the guard of the child to his "uncle".
But i agree. Was too weird.
Jung Ae will be the perfect pick for Yool... I'm curious how this relationship will be folded to us.

In some other news, the mysterious pollen makes the two "cursed" with love each other.

Choi Won Young brilliantly made a wonderful villain. Kudos to him!
I will check all of them.
Wonderful Cast and insane chemistry between the team. I'm in love since day 1.
As a international viewer its good to know these things.
