The scene in the first episode about the ambush reminded me of the old days of beautiful cinematography of the East Asia (Hero, The House of Flying Daggers and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon).
Its ironic, almost godlike ironic, that his last work its portrayal of a art designer who murder and betrays his closest friend. In turn, when you see the reality, is him, Narimiya, who was betrayed by his friend.
If this retirement is the path that he chooses for himself, I will support and miss his works. His portrayal of J in Bloody Monday was the best that i could hope and that drama too was my introduction to the J-Dramas.
Because of his portrayal, for me, J is the best Villain in a Dramaworld for me. And in that area we have a lot of contestants.
I think this movie struck more with me, because of the connections with MSG. When you understand everything... I recommend watch MSG first to make you get the references. (because of that ending too).
One of the very first Korean movie I've ever watched. And no, I don't remember this having any connection to My…
How not? In the final scene of Windstruck, Kyungjin was saved by "The Guy". In reality, it was Gyun-Woo, main lead from My Sassy Girl (Cha Tae Hyun was credited as The Guy. Its like almost a a fun gag, because the lead lady, Ji Hyun was credited as The Girl in My Sassy Girl).
And that scene was almost the same at the beginning of My Sassy Girl. When Gyun-Woo saves the Sassy Girl at the train station. How not catch this subtitle scene at the end?
The second's leads here are way better than the leads.
I laughed a lot with the romance between the designer Ho Cho Hoi and the female taekwondo master/teacher Wing Chun. They represent better the romance with the sassy girl than the leads.
While the ending was disappointing I think people are overreacting just a bit. I don't think I've ever…
The only two dramas (In a open channel), that i know of, which won a second season were IRIS and Full House.
In the cable, we have some precedents:
God's Quiz (Who has four seasons),
Bad Guys (Second Season will be aired later this year),
Vampire Prosecutor (Two seasons + Spin-off, Vampire Detective)
PS: We have Reply Series and School Series, but we cant say that they are sequels, more like a collection of stories.
skip this show it's awful I really tried forcing myself to watch it but dropped it after 24 episodes because…
I did not watch this weekly (when the show was two weeks close to the end, i began), but i can relate in the chemistry between the leads
I watch more because of the second leads and the villain who, until this point, is one of a kind. But i agree, after the time skip just got boring in some moments.
The vibes of this drama is the same of I remember you, which i liked.
And you forgot to talk about the relationship between the second leads of this drama haha.
But, these dramas is the light in the dark (Because this season we see a lot of thriller dramas). The interactions of the cast are wonderful. Investigator Bang and CEO Byeon are the best ones.
So far, so good.

Outside this, is a very funny movie. I liked.

Its good until the end of the war arc.

Was one of the best perfomances i ever seen in a drama.
And that ending!
