Because FX is not full on 2nd prince, you see before there was a weak reason as smuggling, but now FX will become more furious. Yesss, I don't get them either. This season is equally good and enjoyable. And you should not compare seasons, as it's different from each other. First was the set up so you had new characters and all, but now it's more on development which is equally well done too. At the end it's about whether you enjoy or not. Compared to trash dramas we can get, JOL2 is like a masterpiece to me

Yess, I felt the same. He wanted to check if emperor sides with him and sees him equally as other sons. In the end, the emperor didn't so FX decided he has to take other routes now to bring justice in place.
