honestly, I'm watching the drama right now and it sounds so "Twinkling Watermelon" it's so much the same drama. I loved Watermelon so much, I have a feeling I'm going to like this drama, there's already Queen Jin Ki Joo
It's funny, they always do this in kdramas, an advert for a skincare product that the actress always puts on her already made-up skin. We see Charim using 4 tons of cream, even though she has a full face.
I didn't know the singer "Lim Yeon" but the OST is just magical, clearly my favorite so far. It's magical and clearly sounds with that winter/Christmas vibe.
Edit: ah if she had sung an ost for flower Of Evil back in the day, amazing too.
I just finished episode 23. It was so fucking sad to see the grandfather cry, it honestly hurt the poor guy. The relationship between Gangju and Da Rim is finally starting to take off, they're so cute together, their chemistry is perfect. I hate Lee Charim so much she's unbearable and even Tae Woong is just unbearable too. Gangju is treated like crap, I honestly hope he gets his revenge. He's literally the best character here by far. The ending is pretty crazy, when we see the aunt put the money in the bank, she's clearly going to liquidate them without paying her son's tuition.
is it worth watching? the rating makes me doubt and my watchlist is full already 🥹
Honestly? The drama isn't amazing but it's pretty cool to watch, and there are some funny moments. The actors are cute. The episodes are pretty quick, and don't get me wrong, it's just a 1-hour weekend episode. 1h of mindless relaxation every weekend honestly goes pretty fast despite the fact that the drama has 36 episodes. Now the worry is that you should have started at the very beginning, because you've still got 22 episodes to catch up on. As my VDD said, do you have the time?
I miss this kdrama so much. One of the most beautiful kdramas I've ever seen. The cast is just incredible, the OST incredible, the story magnificent, a true masterpiece that I recommend to everyone. It's a magical drama.
I'd like to know how Park Bo Young managed to shoot both Light Shop and his next kdrama, Malo Movie, in the same year, bearing in mind that Light Shop finished shooting last April and Melo Movie began its drama last February. She's a robot, and on top of that she's got another drama with no date yet. She never rests
Wait pause is this kdrama really real? This is the greatest casting I've ever seen. There's easily 5 people I like here. WAAAAHHAAA I just saw who got the script reading, the casting is really real. Fucking Choi Woo Shik, Park Bo Young, Jun, Jun So Nee. Kim Jae Wook too damn but that's 5 star casting for crying out loud. Only netflix can bring together so many great actors. The salaries must be very high.
I don't know if I'm the only one, but when I watch a 12-episode kdrama that isn't from netflix, I don't feel like I'm watching a kdrama. I'm so used to 16 episodes. Here, the drama is too focused on the beers, which means we don't get answers to our questions: - Do we know why the ML was in his car the night the FL saved him? Maybe they said it and I missed it. - The relationship between the second couple was cute, but I didn't understand why Bang A Reum, who wanted a fantastic rich guy in the first place, ended up falling in love with Chan Hwi in a matter of seconds.
So happy and excited to see my fairy "Chae Won Bin" again!
Edit: ah if she had sung an ost for flower Of Evil back in the day, amazing too.
