Oh wow, I just saw that the episodes are 1 hour and 30 minutes on average—that’s absolutely insane. We’d better get some amazing OST, because if it’s bad, that’s the kind of thing that could put you straight to sleep.
This are the types of dramas you forget the next day. I already forgot Dynamite Kiss.
Yes, it’s very clear that it’s an easily forgettable series. Honestly, I’m really looking forward to ‘In Your Radiant Season,’ which comes out on Friday.
I’m not even lying, this drama is way overrated for what it actually is. It’s cute, sure, I can’t deny that. WooJu is so adorable you just want to squeeze him. But acting-wise, aside from the ML, it’s honestly a disaster.
Roh Jeong-eui is terrible here, seriously. I think it’s even worse than her performance in Crushology 101. I don’t feel anything when she acts. When she’s supposed to be sad and crying, I swear it does absolutely nothing to me. No chills, no emotion. I’m not even sad. Usually I get emotional, I feel the heartbreak with the character, but here it’s just total emptiness.
Meanwhile, Bae In-hyuk completely outshines everyone. It’s actually crazy how, in almost every drama he’s in, the ML ends up carrying the entire series on his back.
I sincerely hope that episodes 6 and the last one, where we see this love triangle, are the last of this kind. I really can’t stand the SML and I skip every scene he’s in (I have nothing against the actor). I just find it boring and pointless—it doesn’t add anything to the plot. And the FL not even realizing that the SML is trying to rekindle his feelings for her… 😂😂😂
Seriously, when are we going to stop with these clichés? Now in every drama there’s a camping episode, and of course the FL just happens to wander alone in the woods late at night so the ML can come and “save” her. We’ve been overfed with this trope lately.
Honestly, this drama is basically a walking cliché, especially when you compare it to *Dynamite Kiss*:
* The camping trip * A love triangle * A child * The ML being a photographer * The FL disappearing in the woods
There are so many similarities with *Dynamite Kiss*. And judging by the preview for episode 6, here come “THE CLICHÉS” again. Seriously, do we really need to bring in a member of the ML’s or FL’s family as the aggressor? Just so we can get another childhood trauma backstory, the ML’s brother drama, and all that stuff? It’s honestly getting exhausting.
Fuck, that ending of episode 6 — whaaaa, I did NOT see that coming. Lawyer Park helping Lee Woo Gyeom escape?? What on earth did they talk about, and why?
The last two episodes are next week to finally find out how this ends. I really hope we won’t be disappointed because right now I have absolutely no clue what Lee Woo Gyeom’s real intentions are.
Damn, the wait is so long. It’s totally empty now — there’s nothing left to watch on Mondays and Tuesdays… 🥲 The worst part is having to wait for an episode that’s not even an hour long. The episodes are way too short — I need to see more of my guy Bae In Hyuk.
What was supposed to happen happened. What the fuck kind of bullshit breakup reason is that? I feel like this was all set up so Rin’s friend could confess his feelings to her and they’d get together, just so she’d eventually realize she actually wants to be with “Taiga.”
What did they give PJY that he keeps getting such young actresses? Roh Jeong Eui and now Kim Min Ju. The worst part is that they’re not even well-established actresses — more like amateurs. Even though RJE has been acting since childhood, her acting skills really aren’t that great.
This 10th episode is, for me, the worst one since the beginning of the K-drama. It was a calmer episode compared to yesterday’s storm, but I need to see more of Albert’s father — he’s way too funny.
