Honestly, congratulations to Lee Chaemin. Because to go from “Crushology 101,” which was terrible, to this magnificent K-drama in the same year with less than a month of preparation is just crazy. He must have gone crazy when he arrived on set. I'm sure he compared it to Crushology 101. 😂😂😂 The two K-dramas are like night and day.
In reality, the age gap is literally invisible here because Yoona looks extremely young for her age and Lee Chaemin could pass for someone in his late twenties; he definitely has the vibe of a mature guy. That's why his chemistry with RJE never really worked in their K-dramas.
It's crazy how many kissing scenes Lee Chaemin had here, even though romance is clearly not the main plot, whereas in his latest drama “Crushology 101,” a romance-centered drama, he only had one kiss with RJE. It's as if the actors/actresses didn't want to kiss.
Am I the only one who’s definitively bored by this K-drama? There are way too many characters who don’t get enough screen time, and others who get way too much. I’m sorry, but 'Ma Sang Cheol' is clearly one of the best characters here. He’s funny, he plays well, he brings freshness, but it’s an insult—he gets like 2 minutes of screen time per episode. Jae Pil is unbearable, and Heo Nam Jun clearly doesn’t fit this role. It’s a pain to watch him, honestly I would’ve preferred a friendship storyline rather than this love triangle that could end up with no one.
I'm convinced that the second part will be less interesting than the first. Generally, when there are jumps in time, it never works. It reminds me of “Family By Choice.” The first part, with the child and student at school, was just perfect, but the adult part, with the jump in time, was really boring. I'm afraid it will be the same here.
I just finished the last episode and it's literally a 10/10. They listened to me from start to finish. I said I wanted to see: - The death of the uncle, the death of Lady Kang - The kiss scene between the King and Ji Yeong - Doyoung's OST at the end.
They listened to everything I said, and I'm preparing my review of the K-drama!
We are entering the week I have been waiting for the most in my life, the most important week of my entire life. The return of the fairy Bae Suzy after 1 year and 11 months. It's the greatest K-drama in history, I'm already giving it a 10/10.
There is no any chance that it will be Yeong Rye and Jeapil in the end. After 6 ep everything will be clear. Jtbc…
It's always like that in K-dramas, but we know very well that it will be YR/JP here. The relationship between JP and JH started too early, and that usually means it won't last.
The scene where Jong Hui's brother finds her at work and grabs her by the hair is really ridiculous. How did he know that was where she worked? Yes, he saw Hae Ja and Ok Hui at the grocery store, but how did he know that she worked with them and, more importantly, that they were bus hostesses? 😭
Each episode will have comments. “I ship him with her and so on.” Stop shipping, the drama is pre-produced, the writers can't change that. There's a 97% chance it'll be Jae Pil/Yeong Rye, and the 3% chance is that no one will end up with anyone, but I can't see Jae Pil ending up with Jong Hui, or Yeong Rye with Ma Sang Cheol.
Am I the only one who's really bored? The episodes last 1 hour and 18 minutes, but nothing happens. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's just average. There's no excitement, and yet I was really looking forward to the drama.
"I’m not going to lie — this is honestly the second drama that has moved me and hooked me this much, right after Our Unwritten Seoul, which, in my opinion, is clearly the greatest K-drama of 2025. What a phenomenal drama. I still get chills thinking about it. I’m still listening to the OSTs, still watching clips. I simply loved that drama
Honestly, I would’ve been devastated if this had been the end of such a beautiful K-drama if we weren’t entering the most important week of my life. The week I’ve been waiting for since October 20, 2023, nearly 1 year and 11 months since Suzy’s last drama, Doona. We’re stepping into the week of the greatest K-drama in the history of Korea, no, in the history of planet Earth, titled Genius Make a Wish
The last Yoonaphrodite Days is today. Today marks the end of an excellent drama that has kept us on the edge of our seats for over a month. Give us one last dream!
At least 1 hour and 40 minutes for the last episode 🫶🏻
I'm honestly so nervous about the finale. I'm really scared we won't get our happy ending. There are about two or three things I need to see in the last episode to give this a 10/10. Here's what I want: Lady Kang and Prince Jesan need to die (though I doubt he'll actually kill Lady Kang) I want a final kiss between the King and Han Yeong I want to hear Doyoung’s OST one last time Honestly, if I get at least those things, I’ll still give it a 10—even if she goes back to the future and they're separated.
The two K-dramas are like night and day.
Thank you, “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty.” I'm going to miss you.
