usually mdl requires some links or official info to back up a claim to accept an edit request.. I'm wondering how it got passed and verified as credible info to finalize these changes! After finishing it I'm wondering why they named it 'returned master', it doesn't make sense to me! 'The General's Son' title was more relevant to the story!
fl is so useless... She is there just to be saved countless times and get a free pass by the 2 mls.. (her being a damsel in distress wouldn't bother me if they didn't pretend she is a good fighter!)

I think Huai Chen was pretty good at his schemes! fl and Huai Jin got a reboot to fight him and still it was a struggle for them.. which is ridiculous considering Huai Chen didn't really throw new challenges at them and Huai Jin had already planted 2fl as a mole beside him!
(Huai Jin did save fl's parents but did he have to hide it that long?? why not confess that night by the fire? not mentioning his reboot was understandable but hiding her parents was not! they just decided to hide it for the sake of a twist..)
Also I don't get it.. So can fl fight or not?? one moment she gets a sword and armor and the next needs Huai Jin to save/help her in the last fight?? I don't call it a battle cause it wasn't one! It was a lame move that they killed Huai Chen 2vs1.. specially that 2fl already stabbed Huai Chen so he wasn't even at his best.. fl couldn't even handle that?? (I get that they might have wanted to recreate the sword dance they had but still.. was lame)
I think they got 2fl to be killed like that just to save fl and Huai Jin from the embarassment of confronting 2fl as Huai Jin manipulated her and used her whole time!
the last part of the absurdness is that emperor met her alone?? seriously? An emperor that manipulated everyone goes down that easy?? were the writers tired?
while I'm at it let me complain about Hua Mei as well.. in the last few minutes he tells the emperor that he is his son.. who cares? it served no purpose.. they just did it so fl and Huai Jin can slack off to wherever they wanted to go and give up the throne to the prince that nobody knows? I don't even want to think about the mess it would create...

soomin married the husband but that was it?? she should've got the cancer as well! she only went to jail because fl's death was shifted to her ex to be killed by soomin.
the rich lady was ridiculous.. and ml's death shifted to her!
