I hate it when I start to care about side characters and they are ignored in the ending..
did her brother die? if he died I wished his last blurred vision to be Shi Si waking up not her still being unconscious!
I know that their new year gathering meant they could live at peace together now but I preferred an extra shot of the demon world as well and seeing the city that was affected by that spell.
If you are here for romance, you are in the wrong place! spoilers ahead for those interested:
starting episode 13, romance is out of the window. It's a sad ending. not only they die, the way things has become you'll sigh and feel relieved at the same time that finally the torment is over. except the king and Jin Chen's bodygaurd, everyone else ends up dead one after another.
In the end all waiting for you is SADNESS and REGRET.
Nothing in the tags or the synopsis will get you ready for what you'll face ahead!!! This drama is a trigger warning collection!
I kept reviewing in my mind, HOW DID THINGS GET THIS BAD?? I did not expect things to escalate this much! I had to finish it because of the leads, both had decent acting and the costumes looked great.
If you are going to watch this, you'd better get a silly no-brainer fluffy romance ready to watch in between.
Can someone please tell me how much they are dragging the love traingle. How impactful is it???
I think the love triangle might be dragged to maybe until 7th episode. tbh when the leads start dating the triangle has already fallen apart imo, so might be safe to say it's not as annoying as ongoing no-confession triangles.
If you don't mind more spoilers read further:
LunexStar misunderstanding resolved and are together at the end of ep 4 and star has already rejected white's confession, and looks like Ivy would be the first to see them dating if they stick to the cliche romance drama formula that I've been watching, we might get max 2 episodes of hide and seek with their dating, until everyone find out about them one by one by ep 7.
The mediocre acting didn't help the dragging story.

It had flaws but was a fun watch to pass time.

I skipped a lot while watching, considering it only had 12 episodes of 10min each, that's unfortunate.

chemistry of the leads is good.
about the ending...
I could only last for 4 eps.
The low budget is visible through the drama.
Also the acting is a bit stiff/unnatural.
If you like the cast, you could give it a try and see if you like it or not.
