Her father trained her how to fight but not on the battlefield. Those are 2 completely different things.

Yessss!! She needs to humble herself and LISTEN to her Marquis once. He is the Marquis for a reason. Just listening to his advice doesn’t make her any less of a badass. It’s the constant defiance and trying to dismiss him even though he’s much more experienced is stupid

But we don’t know that. He could’ve done great things and survived.

This. They should have given him more of a story. He is one sided and alll the development is on her. I love our girl but they over glorified her character to the point of ridiculousness. I want to see his glory, too. He commands the screen each time he’s on but he’s either hurt, or just looking pretty.
