I didn’t read the novel so in my world, CFY and the Marquis will win this battle, then head out to rescue Yian Yian and Bao Er together. Marquis and Qi Min will face each other in an epic hubby vs hubby battle to see who is more obsessive/possessive. In the end, Qi Min is defeated, loses his powers as retribution to his evil deeds and is now in need of Yian Yian’s support.
They all go back to rebuild Lin An. Officer Li also comes to help and falls in love with a new character.
