I’m pissed. - how tf did Yu Qian just magically run right into FCY in the middle of nowhere? - how tf did she escape when Qi Min is is psychotic there’s no way he didn’t guard her tightly even if she drugged him - how is she just casually going back to Li An when you know he could be heading there to get her? - How the fuck did the Marquis let Little psycho Sui get away AGAIN? The repetitive pattern is fucking stupid. They let him kill yet another character too?! - the overhyped of FCY on the battlefield is enough. She has no experience and now she’s taking down generals left and right while THE MARQUIS is just riding around looking pretty.
Listen. I love my girl but the drama is fucking up my Marquis’ importance to this entire series. How the fuck did they only show her epic fight scenes when homegirl literally walked on to the battlefield like it was the first day of work? It’s completely one sided and stupid now.

They should’ve changed Qimin’s character from the novel a bit and given him some traits that could be redeemable…
The maid provoked him. He let her off the hook a few times but when she deliberately tried to separate him from his family, to him, that was the point of no return.
I didn’t read the novel so in my world, CFY and the Marquis will win this battle, then head out to rescue Yian Yian and Bao Er together. Marquis and Qi Min will face each other in an epic hubby vs hubby battle to see who is more obsessive/possessive. In the end, Qi Min is defeated, loses his powers as retribution to his evil deeds and is now in need of Yian Yian’s support.
They all go back to rebuild Lin An. Officer Li also comes to help and falls in love with a new character. He often visits to bring the Marquis news of the Capital but the retired Marquis is happily raising pigs with his wife and their 5 children. Ning is busy babysitting. The Piglet Squad helps as well.
Qi Min helps Yian runs her restaurant with Bao Er. Yian is also pregnant.
