I’m on episode 2 and despite the hype, I’m getting bored. Tell me, does it pick up soon? I love Reply 1988 and slice of life series but I’m not feeling this, yet.
Edit: I finished episode 2 and I get it, now. It’s finally at the hooking point. I’ll be back. Gonna go binge now.
I feel like if they gave us the historical storyline, it would be even better. I’m more intrigued by their past lives. The modern storyline with the ex gf, crazy mysterious villain, vengeful spirit and lost soul is too much packed into one.
I don't agree about Wal - I don't really see what he's done wrong other than being overprotective, which is not…
To me, overprotective is healthier than possessive. Overprotective is when you want your significant other to be safe and are suspicious of others’ intentions in the interest of your significant other. Possessive is when you don’t want anyone else to have that person and don’t care for their own interests, you only care for your own selfish interests. I see Walh not just as a confused gay but as a selfish and possessive one.
What did you mean by how Guy was behaving different than Walh? I didn’t understand that.

I didn’t see it as her acting like a terrified virgin since she’s been married before. I saw it as her establishing boundaries with him knowing she could give in.
I had the same thought from episode 1. I almost dropped it because I saw the 3 Bs: botox, bad acting and bad budget.…
Haha I don’t consider those who play obvious bad guys as evil characters but more of just in your face bad guys if that makes sense? Yea, complex evil characters must acquire very deep psychological understanding of the characters to convey in depth how truly insane they are.
I agree that the sister is not as evil as the stepmother but i feel as though her greed will lead her down that same road.

Yes, we should definitely differentiate between the actors and characters.
I feel that it’s more difficult to play evil characters vs good ones because you have to show more range of emotions to truly be a great villain and you have to tolerate people hating your guts when they associate your face with that particular character.

The sister is typecast for sure to play the evil characters in most of her supporting roles. I don’t like it when she’s clenching her teeth, quivering her lips and flaring her nostrils when acting mad. Like girl, we get it. Just do one of those expressions, but not all 3!
Nonetheless, she’s doing her job because we all loathe her.
After so much botox, fillersand mediocre plastic surgery in ep. 1, I'm surprised that I'm enjoying this drama…
I had the same thought from episode 1. I almost dropped it because I saw the 3 Bs: botox, bad acting and bad budget. It was giving day time soap but thankfully the compelling storyline overshadowed all of that. The awful stepmother and sister should really chill on the facial expressions. They about to pop a vein or shit blood.
I hate that they blurred out the shower scenes.
I hate that Yai is so fucking fine but he ain’t gay.. yet.
I hate that we have to wait to see them in their tight Thai police officer uniforms.
I hate that Tharn and Phaya are giving me EVERYTHING I want- playful, cute, sexy, intensity and now I have to wait another week for more.
I hate that I am already so invested. 😫
PS- that scene when Phaya put the hat on Tharn and pulled him in- what kind of BL black magic fuckery was that?! I screamed, y’all

I’m not sure how I feel about Charlie being such a ho so early on but he passed the vibe check on the request for no virgin panic so I’ll wait.
Pit or Babe and his gang are all so yummy but I’m hoping for more than just the endless sex because it can be an overkill to the anticipated romance.
Why are all the villains into plants?
I agree that the sister is not as evil as the stepmother but i feel as though her greed will lead her down that same road.
That being said, ML actor should be in more series.
