There seems to be a new office trope lingering across all BLs:
1. Start an internship. 2. Be as naive as possible. At times, straight up dumb. 3. Do as little work as you can. Dilly dally and mope. 4. Order Iced Americanos all around.
Voila! Your director and random men will instantly fall in love with you.
Ok, fam. As a high maintenance American, I just want to say- that waist pulling, neck grabbing and face squishing… ain’t American. We don’t got flavor like that.
Choi Junie- you can pour hot coffee on me and I’ll take it all off for you. No questions asked.
The acting makes me question this altogether but I’ll hang on. The awkward pauses in between lines, awkward forced laughs and prolonged office scenes are less to be desired.
We’re given yet another young character in Neau with his antics but at least he went off on Lom instead of being a doormat. I like angry Neau. I need him to come back.
Lom. Sigh. First off, how you gonna drive around in a Porshe and take the person you like to McDonalds? I mean, he may be Mclovin it but that’s tacky. Nobody likes a tacky gay.
The other tacky issue is Lom’s trying to be mischievous with the wedding planning but it’s giving me creepy weird vibes. Make it make sense! It’s the weirdest method to pursue someone- manipulation and lies. Although, it is by Mame so it’s in homegirl’s tactic for most of her works.
I feel for Marine. But maybe, just maybe, it’s all for Marine in the end?
What the hell happened? Or not happened I should say. 1. Second leads’ love story lacked so much depth. It was…
Or not give us so many flashbacks of the same scenes over and over. The way both leads handled their crisis did not make any sense to me. It was simply too easy. What was the point of it all?

1. Second leads’ love story lacked so much depth. It was awkward as hell and I wanted this couple so bad. They gave us a teaser and then everything wrapped up abruptly with no real development. 2. So.. the “villain” was… no one. Maybe except the ML herself? It built up to a “who dun it” mystery and we find out bro never meant it in the first place? It was all a simple accident?! Dad being all hard ass typical rich dad only to have it all resolved neatly without any development (again). How easy was that to catch the culprit? Literally told him to confess and boom. Done. 3. All that backstory and flashbacks for her just tell the Shaman guy- nah it’s cool homie. We grown now. 4. She comes back and goes back to her old life without anyone around her asking like yo what happened to you?! Huh?!
Basically, so much potential and fizzled to an easy wrapped in a ribbon ending. So disappointed.
Nine whole episodes and not a single one of them has felt as though it didn't belong. 🥰A lot of times, after…
I thought the same when I saw the transition from the painting to the ice cream. It’s definitely not a coincident that her creativity comes from desserts.

Second one: hot coffee is not bland.
Third one: awkward acting is extremely bland.
