Ugh I hate this theory and I think it will not be like this , but some think it will….
That Jihyun is all made up by Jaewon , because Jaewon misses his brother so much and because of mental illness + medication he takes, all the pressure he feels and his abusive dad , shitty ”friends” etc. So Jaewon creates up Jihyun in his mind who is his only light , someone who is alike his dead brother (not just the same age. But also similar personality — innocent and pure) , someone perfect who is willing to fight for him and genuinely love him for REAL him.
The director wrote that We don’t want to know What Will happen in the upcoming episodes and many unexpexted things can happen even after 10 episodes ..also that We should not believe the spoilers.
Not to mention This is called after all The Eighth Sense..
But like I Said, i do think Jihyun is 100% real, if he isn’t then it’ll break my heart :(
What is the age gap between Jaewon and jihyun ? Since Jaewon was at military for 2 years (thus having a pause from university) i guess he must be 4-5 years older ?? He said he was in mid 20s so… and jihyun can’t be older than 20, because he asked his friend for how long they been adults and the friend replied ”3 months”.

I could see this having a s2, if That’s What they are hinting at. . IF there will be a s2 i think it will be a lot about jaewon’s dysfunctional family and how he will have it hard coming out to his family dating a Guy + not wanting to take over the company ..well This is just a guess?? So yes i still think there are more to explore to the story after s1

They shouldn’t have deleted that scene from the show, but glad they at least released the scene.. means it happened just that We didnt get to see that in the show … i had hoped tho they would have written What ep this takes place in, but yes most likely ep 7
I’m glad they desided to release this deleted scene , We got to really feel Jaewon’s despair .. i’m not angry at him anymore omg he suffers so much ! RIP to Moonbin. :( i love how the eighth sense team takes mental health very seriously , how its Nothing to be ashamed of etc .. makes me love this series even more now
The movie version is not available yet in any site to watch online for free? Those korean platforms is such a hassle , because you need to pay for it .. i don’t mind to pay, but its impossible to pay (they wont let me) since i have No korean Phone number or whatever i guess i just have to wait until next wednesday which is ok , i need to be patient :)
