Is this worth watching in terms of plot, characters, acting , romance …? Also a huge + if the cinematography is good and there is no fantasy/wuxia/xianxia Where they are flying. I don’t mind fantasy/ wuxia/ xianxia but I’m in mood for a realistic chinese historical drama atm. Is this set during Tang or Song dynasty?
Haven’t read the novel but I heard the ML is obsessed with the FL while she hates him for the longest time, it isn’t until towards ending she starts liking him. I’m curious if in the drama as well she will hate him like… 95% of the time? xD seems such s one-siden love! Either way I’m looking forward to this, I love dark and complex stuff~

Yes I don’t know Why JiWoo really feels the ned to be such an *sshole to Seo Joon, to act so cold and hurtful to the one he supposedly loves… I’m really curious (like everyone else) Why JiWoo left Seo Joon… there has to be a darn good reason behind it. i know JiWoo is the closed off type , but that he shows basically No emotions after the break up is worrying… i hope in later episodes he Will show more emotions.
Ji Woo Why act so cold 🥶?? What on earth happened??! You and Seo Joon were so happy and so in love :’) Before the break up they were so freakin’ sweet and wholesome together that it makes one go Aaww~
Cannot wait for Soo Jae to have huge character development, I think Gong Chan will help her gain back her kindness,also can’t wait for their chemistry it’ll be 🔥🔥 but it will probably be slow burn Romance I think.
The first ep was very good and not a single boring moment, I hope it stays like that until the very end :)
This drama reminds me in some ways of of ‘I Hear Your Voice’ both are about lawyers, the MLs in both are younger than FLs and they are so in love with the FLs, wanting to protect them no matter what. just that Why Her seems much darker in tone, and the FL is very mean and ruthless, the FL from I Hear Your Voice is flawed too but never cruel or anything like that.
Glad to see that the story didn't sugarcoat anything and showed what Soo Jae had to sacrifice in order to become…
I’m already in love with this drama and its great to see more dark female leads in dramas, but when she defended the rapist and the way she treated the victim made my stomach hurt :(
Well, she will probably have character development so shes not a complete lost cause … she has been so cool and badass (if we dont count when she defended the rapist). I think she will later turn out nicer and more caring, but never becoming a pushover (like she once was), she will still be badass but with a kind heart , thats what I hope :)

she will probably get lot of character development, but yes that one where she defended the rapist is a huge turn off, not something I can forget no matter how wonderful she later turns out. She needs to do a loooot to redeem herself, I want her to feel deep regret and shame for what she did.

Yes that was really off putting… :( who knows, , maybe it was not suicide…? But even if it wasn’t suicide, it doesn’t change the fact that Soo Jae went too far, being the top of her career is everything for Soo Jae, so even if there is injustice she will put a blind eye if it means she will climb up the career
