Mixed feelings. I really like the FL sticking to her stance and standing up for herself. The ML was a douche at the start, got better, and then went downhill yet again for me.
This tells more about how the industry is changing than the quality of the drama.
the first 3 eps that i watched were good for sure. maybe one day when i have more time and patience lol. it's not a show where i can spam the fast forward button and still understand what's going on. it's too good to be fast forwarded.

Yea, reminds me of penthouse, which also keeps getting new seasons. Having one short season was kind of the appeal of kdramas to me, so this whole seasons business made me drop penthouse like a hot potato. Won't be starting this one either.
I really liked He CanYang until the last few episodes where he justifies his relationship with MinMin, then and dismisses FanXing. "I can do it because I'm a guy, but FanXing isn't. WhAt WiLL oThErs tHinK?." Excuse me, what the fuck?
I lost it, laughing hysterically for the minute and half where pregnant Nao thinks Tsubaki is her brother. What is wrong with me? Like wtf was happening. The rest of the show was pretty, but mediocre story wise.
But it is going no where Idk why the author is even writing it
The author gets paid, line/naver makes money on the ads and people still keep clicking I guess. While I’m happy that the artist is getting paid, you’re right, they’re just milking the set up and dragging the story nowhere.
I preferred the 1st half which was set in North Korea a lot better than the 2nd half which was set in South Korea.…
agreed first half - like literally only up to ep 8/9 - was much much better. I feel the novelty of the NK setting also made the first half more enjoyable. The scenes in SK were common and forgetable.
Omg same, I remember watching it and it suddenly just happened.I couldn’t even tell if he liked her after they…
In episode 7 when he says to his time travelling mentor, "You said everything would reset if I married her" - I thought it was pretty clear that he was just trying to save himself from dying, even if it meant having to live with her forever.
But the writing is strange in general. His motives in the beginning make no sense. If he knew he was going to die with her, wouldn't he avoid her rather than get into a relationship with her?
