The problem is not viewers, it's the broadcast. They've already paid for it so they can't postpone or delay it,…
Thanks. I guess that must be it, but... the entire entertainment industry, all around the world, has pretty much had to shutdown. Broadcasts have been suspended... just think of all the live sports events, covered by television networks, that are not happening, just like that. So television stations are airing reruns of past events.
I'm not sure why the broadcast can't do that (for now), and then have a "real" ending, once we get past this crisis. But I guess I don't know the whole story... :)
Just my opinion: due to the restrictions with COVID-19, I would rather the series go on hold indefinitely, rather than attempting to throw together some ending that will not be satisfying to anyone. Once things get back to normal (whenever that may be), then film the rest of the series and end it right.
I feel the same about all current series that are in the same boat.
We are ALL in this Covid fight together, so certainly viewers would understand.
Looking in this comment section it seems like mine is a big unpopular opinion but I LOVED this 2 episodes. It…
I don't know... I feel like Episode 9 was more than enough love/cuteness and sex between Tutor/Fighter. It would have been fine if they showed maybe just one part of Ep. 10 with them still at the beach, but the entire episode? (3 minutes of Zon/Saifah aside). I wasn't happy when UWMA wasted time, and I'm not happy that Why R U wasted an entire episode.
straight actors do that all the time though, when they get big doing a certain kind of character or acting in…
It's fine for an actor to want to branch out into other genres, I don't think anyone is arguing with that. And no, I certainly wouldn't want an actor to continue doing something that makes him miserable.
But then, why not simply say "I've enjoyed acting in BL, and now I would like to try something new." Period. Rather than putting a negative on it, referring to BL as "low" or "less than" other forms of acting. More than one straight popular BL actor has referred to themselves as "a real man."
I can understand actors wanting to branch out. What I can't understand is any actor's need to insult the LGBTQ community. Studies have found that 1 out of every 5 people identify as being LGBTQ. They do not deserve to be treated as "less than."
Serious question: does anyone know if all the episodes have already been filmed? If not, there would probably be a delay, due to coronavirus restrictions.
Only 8.5 for a Thai BL? Is it really bad?Damn I have waited two years for this one, now I'm afraid to watch it…
I tend to be pretty critical with my ratings so, for me, anything 8 or higher is really high. I figure 5 is average, anything above that is above average. I ask myself "Do I think this series is average? Then 5 or 6. Below average? 4 or lower. Above average: 7 or 8. Really amazing? 9 or higher.
Plus, I don't give any ratings until after a series has concluded. (But that's just me.)
I totally agree with you. I had similar thoughts in my post of a few days ago. It was my opinion that the director…
Hmm... you may be onto something! (And, you're right, touching the face/head is a huge no-no in Thailand... unless, of course, you are in an intimate relationship with someone.)
"Tine is just blindly going along with Sarawat's wishes, when he clearly doesn't want to."I don't think he is…
I hear you. I'm gay, I remember having a major crush on a guy in high school. I wasn't officially out of the closet, but I definitely flirted with this straight friend. He had no clue. I knew he was straight as an arrow so I finally just stopped. (Not to mention, I really didn't want to be humiliated, lol!)
I like this series a lot, but... does anyone else find it a little odd that Sarawat is suddenly all "Tine, I don't want you hitting on any girls, is that understood?" I mean, sure, I get that Sarawat is gay and is into Tine, but Tine is supposedly straight (at least so far). Of course he is confused by Sarawat's sudden jealousy. It's actually a bit odd that Tine is just blindly going along with Sarawat's wishes, when he clearly doesn't want to. So why is he doing it? Are we supposed to believe that Tine is actually gay (or bi) and has feelings for Sarawat, but just doesn't know it yet? What do you all think?
I'm not sure why the broadcast can't do that (for now), and then have a "real" ending, once we get past this crisis. But I guess I don't know the whole story... :)
And people, for the record, we gay men are rarely "strictly" tops or bottoms. Top and bottom are positions, not personalities!

It's a discussion board, not a fan page, so we're going to get both love and hate for any series.
