Kiyoi isn't "acting " he is cool lol. And he doesn't expect to be worshipped, Hira is doing it himself because…
I'm not so sure (about Kiyoi)... he gets worshipped by everybody and he knows it. Still, he could be just a little bit nicer to Hira, he doesn't have to call him gross and weird. That's not cool. Just my opinion! :)
So, not to be rude, but I think you might be literally the only person who wanted to drop this series after episode…
Oh, I have no doubt, lol! Earlier on, I made a few less than adulatory comments here on this site, and was practically tarred and feathered. But it really just wasn't doing it for me.
Okay, now we're talking! I love the idea of "let's have a contest to see who can make the other fall in love... whoever falls in love first loses." Different, and refreshing!
I was honestly ready to drop this series after Episode 5. For me, the story was meh and I've really grown tired of all the fighting. It's so NOT university mentality. More like middle school... yawn.
I'm not really sure what to make of this series. I was okay with the comedic elements of the mains, and then all…
Agreed, although I don't think there is anything intentional about child abduction/abuse/murder being comedic here... at least, I didn't see it that way. Even Manner of Death, which was quite violent, had it's comedic moments...
I'm liking this okay so far, although I wonder if this kind of comedy/drama extremes has become a staple of Thai BL. Lately I've found myself migrating more toward BLs from The Philippines, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc. Each culture appears to have its own take when it comes to presenting BL series.
I didn't feel it at all, and I like Singto. Batting your eyes and giving puppy-dog looks is what 1950s child stars…
Yep.
Confidence can take one a long way but, at the end of the day, sexy looks and a hot body ARE extremely important to most gay men. I know that sounds really shallow -- and there are exceptions -- but I think 90% of gay men would agree.
But now I have changed my tune!

But this new turn changes everything.

I wasn't buying Weir in the bar scene, either.
