Disney has it on their Hulu streaming service in the US.

After over a year it's available in my region. I'll never understand Disney Plus' release strategy.

I had watched this a while ago. Found this drama enjoyable and I do remember wishing for the FL's crazy side to stick around more.

Maybe it's time for a rewatch.

The ratings are always important for the networks, producers, and sponsors etc...

Anyway, even though this season hit a new low, it's still in the double digits, which is pretty good.

That's an illegal website. I wouldn't recommend it because they force you to install their app in order to watch. There are other better options.

The only legal streaming service that has the new season is Disney Plus / Hotstar. Maybe in the future it will be available on other websites like YouTube or Viki.

It's 60 mins x 40 episodes.

The original plan was to have 2 seasons but because of new CCP regulations they had to make it into a 40 episodes single season.

There are no plans for another season.

I'm sad your prediction for a full-blown Happy Ending didn't come true.

TTJ's soul seems to be sealed in the heart guarding scale. So there is a chance he may regain his physical form through cultivation or something.

But according to some comments here, Luo Yun Xi apparently has said that it's only a fragment of TTJ and that he is actually dead and won't reincarnate like the other gods. If that's the case it's a Sad Ending.

Open Ending. Storywise it's hopeful.

If I remember the comments correctly, the reason they chose to make it a single season was because the new regulations stated that there needs to be a gap of 6 months in-between two seasons. Having such a gap would have affected the interest in the drama, hence the decision to make it a single season.

Story wise maybe. But from a viewer POV we should be given a more fulfilling ending than this...

I swear if they put out a lame epilogue episode, like the one from Love Between Fairy And Devil where we just got a voice over on top of reused footage, I'll lose my mind.

If this drama doesn't get a proper epilogue episode, I for one won't have the incentive to rewatch in the future. Kinda heartbroken about that.

Gonna watch it in full later. But from the first quick peek, I'm thoroughly underwhelmed with the ending...

And what kind of extras are they?
I doubt we'll get an epilogue.

Yeah, these types of rushed endings are becoming a major downer for me in this CDrama genre.
