For me, never once was I frustrated with Changge's character honestly. All her decisions and impulsive moves made…
like of course she has her personal wants/desires for revenge, she's only human isn't she? things happen so fast, there's bound to be some decisions that may not be the best in the moment but she tries her best for the sake of others

i still remember the comment that called her selfish and then also said why didn't she take revenge/she should've taken revenge all in the same paragraph... people, please stop smoking crack; it's bad for your mind.
Can someone tell me more details, why Chang Ge's mom kill herself?
because she let Li Shi Min know of her husband's plans which gave him the advantage and led to her family's demise.. she couldn't let LSM get killed by her husband but she also can't live with the guilt of essentially betraying her family so she kills herself
I am a big fan of Leo Wu but Stockholm Syndrome romance is not my cup of tea. Except for when the female lead…
the summary comes off that way but this isn't really stockholm syndrome at all. and if you enjoy female lead as captor.. well, honestly he's more under her control than she is under his lol
She's doing some stand-up comedy sketch but no news of any drama. I don't feel excited by another collab with…
i believe he likes the role and trained hard for it and gave it his all (as he does with all his roles) but it was a long shoot (coming right after intense movie shoot and long year in general) so i'm sure he's happy to be done and moving on

it is ironic that she's consider stubborn when she has adapted many times to the diff situations against her core desires for the greater good of many others.

i'm well aware that risk-taking/assessment changes with age. no need to break out scientific journals. 🙄 i didn't say age had nothing to do with her behavior (though tbh me as a 32 yr old would probably have made many similar decisions she as a 14 year old did). i said people's perception, specifically critics of her, didn't really have anything to do with her age. i haven't see anybody who didn't like her character say 'oh she should have been old enough to behave better or make better decisions'. the peak of hate for her was around ep 20-26 and her critics complained of her reckless and selfish behavior but their problem wasn't even necessarily specifically because of her being reckless (ie it wasn't 'i hate reckless characters') but the consequences of her recklessness which is Sun's mom's death and him being hurt. to be clear, i don't feel like Sun's mom death was her fault; i think it was inevitable she would be hurt someway eventually as she was the khan's/khatun's pawn. but again, just saying that the people that were mad at her were mostly mad at her for what happened there. that being the case, if they realize her age, they may 'understand' why she didn't make what they would consider better decisions but they won't 'excuse' her behavior just for that.
but i personally didn't care for lin geng xin's character/his ship with FL character so i didn't take it as badly lol
have you watched princess agents? i'm rewatching that atm
thanks for all the info! very impressive man indeed
