hmm i would personally watch then read since it apparently doesn't follow the manhua THAT closely, you may find yourself disappointed if you read and end up seeing some changes on screen. the story in the drama is easy enough to follow without having to get in depth by reading anything beforehand.

it's a happy ending though for some people, they wanted more (like an actual wedding for CG and A'Sun) but it's definitely not a GMP angsty ending.. none of the mains die

def brought down the series a bit.. although the first half is still my most rewatched of the past year

they couldn't see past the surface.. kept wanting to off her because they can't understand.. if they were in her position, they wouldn't give up revenge for the good of the common people

her spunk and perseverance even as a young girl, who otherwise could've been so spoiled and pampered, was impressive!

he was so disgusting.. would've been nice to see him get sliced or something

eh i think it was still passionate in terms of feelings for CG and Sun (the way she went in guns blazing to rescue 'her man' and him channeling Usain Bolt to run into the fire to save her). they definitely deserved more time together though in the last arc but they decided to focus on the weak villain storyline.

yea even the flashbacks to LSM and young CG were really heartwarming and then heartbreaking to think about what happened in the future for that little girl

i get what you mean..
there was a lot of inner conflicts for her then.. but she finally figured out and understood her true purpose which is something a lot of people may want but never actually find in life
