It’s Pretty
If I were reviewing this on it’s costumes, scenery, sets, direction, cinematography (not to mention its god-tier 10+ minute love scenes), it would be a ten out of ten. However, just because something is pretty, doesn’t mean it’s good. It wasn’t BAD. It just also wasn’t good. If I had been binging it instead of watching week-to-week, I probably would’ve struggled to finish it. I loved the premise. It was fresh and exciting. But in the end it was a lot of wasted potential, wrapped in gorgeous packaging.
