This one needs full attention I ain't gone lie . Some parts I was like this is the veil of tears . Visuals are incredible the cast is beautiful and delivering. My POV is I would have preferred some simplicity on some parts , yes I get it,it's a veil of shadows so they are being unveiled in the story but yooo it sometimes is like a maths exam😅.I would recommend it's a watch .

I ain't gone lie I got lost on some parts I was like what the heck is going on after a certain fox dies . I had to rewind some parts to get it...that plot in that illusion was confusing mmm😅😅but the visuals are eating yass we half way there I only want that LJ to stop lying to himself we see u like her dude should go for it kkkkk🤷🏾‍♀️ I'm just saying even if its forbidden romance at least u die a happy man😁

I know right , for me i like it already . Its interesting so far , i like that the FL character is potrayed as an intelligent person who can fight isnt blinded by all that hottness and facecard. The ML is bringing the mystery , i mean it's a wuxia drama everyone is going to be introduced n their shenenegans prob some won't reappear it's prob the background info to what's coming . I think sometimes some guys judge hard if they dont particulary like , the writer actors /actresses, costumes , set or sometimes they dont like the direction of a drama it's not going how they want. ( ones mans wife is another mans ex , its a potato , potato situation )They have good chemistry , the plot is easy to follow they look good and its interesting

Im not from SK but that entertainment company of theirs mmmm. How come it's now 2 artists of theirs having the same issue . Diabolically, i mean, what if its them that are registering these "paper' companies with their artist as their pseudo name and burning them when the tax people come. Its quite unique to have 2 artists from their company with the exact same identical issue. The company needs more investigation.Mind you, these are top artists; I don't think they are that broke. Why would they not pay tax for these alleged "paper companies"? From the news, they pay their own personal tax quite well. I mean if there were to set up these companies, why not follow procedure and do right its a future investment and why jeopardize their careers over that , there have more to loose than gain from such a deal . There is more if you ask me and that company knows. I also don't understand the tax people: how come a person is publicly accused/shamed of tax fraud before publishing their investigation results, okay lets just say "hypothetically the tax people got it wrong do they apologise for the damage caused (maybe someone from SK can explain)?

Okay the misunderstanding bit they needed to drop . They both have mouths use them .... for a good female martial artist with a whole pavilion they wrote her character poorly. I mean from when she becomes the empress honestly it's going downhill .Rens aura as the emperor is badass but it can't save this .It's started off real good but the pace is too fast and m like huh ok what's going on now . The 2nd Prince and Cang's friend have more going on there . Im going to check the novel to see if her character is really this poorly illustrated or if she is badass , or the screenplay messed up with the drama adaptation. ..... if the the novel is better im going to drop this read the novel 1st.

Personally, i would say watch the previous seasons, it will sort of give meaning behind some actions where it started to where it going i guarantee all seasons are amazing .All actors including minor roles are acing this , im also glad the original main cast is still there in the drama. For me its worth the watch.

Oh Okay i thought there were doing a good job , but i have noticed a lot of time Victoria Song gets so much hate , i wonder is it because she is just a bad actress or people have personal favourites . I personally think she is doing a good job. I hear pple talk about age yes she is older than the male lead but really its an 8 year diff and if an actress does a good job should her acting be judged by her age everyone eventually ages but does it mean they are judged as bad actors and actress because of age. Its comments she old ....no chemistry he looks younger ......I think female actresses have so much to deal with vs males actors who get it easy sometimes because they look young and are good looking no matter their age . Ding is a good actor but he also he also has mmmm roles , like Melody of age , the tough menacing general role he did a n okay job , tough yes ,menacing no. I love them both she looks he looks good , the plot is not bad .

Fox spirit matchmakers before this all have sad endings , i havent started this one but man give us
a happy ending with romance romancing and FL and ML are together badass as ever , i saw the trailer its a YASSS! from me.

If you havent seen this master piece GO and see it, Hou Ming Hao doesnt disappoint , its YASSSSSSS!!!!!!!! OHH and the female lead flamed this role , matter of fact all the drama's i have watched by Lu Yu Xiao gal doesnt disappoint she is a really good actress she understands her assignment. I hid my identity might bum out a lot of pple but from day 1 as Ming Xian the crown prince is all she has ever know , hit , win hide identity m sure love will cure that .

The ML sister though as if her brother doesnt have enough problems . She literally dropped her brother for someone who she can see see likes someone else. Im like reallly come on sis im just saying !!!

This sounds a bit iffy , his agency should have done better. This is an excuse. Of course, he obviously did his work tired and all because he knew he was under a contract, he knows and we all know it that these agencies will penalise or worse not get him gigs if he doesn't do it . It's so sad he has to do that event that clearly disregarded his health. I think most actors and actresses are treated poorly , when they want to leave their agencies, you hear stories like they didnt pay tax, suddenly they have this career-damaging scandals that pop out of nowhere. Their work involves a lot of isolation due to their popularity and also the need of privacy, all this takes a toll on both mental and physical health that are sometimes shown in irregular behaviour. Of course, such working conditions cause problems and sometimes they take supplements to boost energy to do all these gigs ( or worse, narcotics) . Look at Zhao Lusi her agency when she was sick if i remember correctly, said nothing, no statement whatsoever, but when she publicly aired her dissatisfaction, suddenly they say something. And let's be honest, her work has been shelved, we are waiting for her drama with William, wondering if it will ever air . I think there should be more labour laws that protect artists as well as civilians, certain work conditions should have bi laws and arrests that ensure protection for anyone celebrity or not against such poor work conditions.

I know right , he has the sauce he serves let the man be in a drama thats not short with a good plot im sure he will kill it

Im not yet done with the novel , it started with a bang , but some parts im like REALLY come on , personally the plot is getting kinda draggy on some parts ,its not necessary lets keep this ship sailing kkkk i hope the tv version wont drag the plot too and romance parts to romance extraaa

No he just loves He Yan. His family, that is his brother and sister in law are more than happy to find out that he has a girl he finally likes.

I liked it they did a decent job FL managed to capture He Yan ,character just like the novel , and ML captured Xiao Jue character just like the novel.However kkkkk screen writers sometime should stick to the story line of the novel or change as little as possible if needed because thats why we like the novel and it makes sense alot times they change so much sometimes screenplay makes no sense with editing.(but i get it sometimes the budget doesnt permit so they have to remove some stuff) . ( Also the episodes were soooooooo short ) They removed a lot of characters who would have supported the drama adaptation .

The king was friendly to the ML and in no way opposed to his love story, such when he finds He Yan can fight and is a girl he is happy to betroth her to Xiao Jue ,so they go to war betrothed. The imperial doctor was sharp and potrayed with much more intellignce and didnt like Song Tao Tao, He Yan has a brother(not He Rufei) so Song Tao Tao is in love with , there was a different medicine lady in the millitary camp who was in love with Xiao Jue and she is the one who exposes He Yan as girl so the king knows , so that He Yan could be killed and she gets the ML , However ML had zero interest in her, and it actually helped them to be together .ML is more He Yan can do it i will step in when neccessary ( and ML shifus who were martial artists liked He Yan basically they wanted them to be together .They also support ML spirit sword choosing He Yan as the only othe person to use it , even the sword accepts He Yan as Xiao Jue other half)..And she goes hard on He Rufei , Chu Zhao was a puppet coerced and forced to do stuff because of his looks but he was no push over , he wasnt exactly a bad guy but he had limited freedom so his decisions werent exactly bad but to self preserve. He trully liked He Yan but unlike the ML he couldnt risk it all for her, his backstory in the novel was sad.

It was not a "love story " like the drama story showed FL focus was revenge and getting her sword back which He Rufei had ,He Rufei comes in the later later parts of the novel , in the journey of revenge He Yan encounters his allies not him until the lasssst part of the novel .There were faaaaaaar less love scenes in the novel .. I think the drama focused to much on that and made some parts of story lack luster.The novel is like a chess board of political intelligence and revenge for both ML &FL... BUTTTT look i still watched and liked it , i would recomend it for pple to watch , its a yes from me , would i rewatch it yes.

kkk i have a crime of reading the novel 1st i should stop and watch 1st because half the time aloooooooot is changed sometimes not for the best .Her character is impressive its well written in the novel. I dont know if the screen adaption will capture it but is it an amazing story yes.

I wonder if it will ever air , i think Zhao Lusi is extremely talented whatever issues there is with her company i hope its resolved amicably . She is really really good everything she is on is a hit .I hope it worksout for her soon because we want her back in action .
